电力变压器改造与运行维护研究

【摘要】 电力变压器是传输、分配电能的枢纽,是电力网的核心元件,其可靠运行不仅关系到广大用户的电能质量,也关系到整个系统的安全程度。电力变压器的可靠性由其健康状况决定,不仅取决于设计制造、结构材料,也与检修维护密切相关。本文就结合东风电网的实践,就这两方面的问题进行探讨。 首先,以薄绝缘变压器的改造为对象,深入探讨变压器的设计原理和工程计算方法,认真分析了主要性能参数的内在联系,找出了解决问题的思路和流程,提出了具体的改造措施,实施后获得了良好效果。 接着,以变压器故障为对象,以准确诊断、快速处理故障为目标,结合有关实例总结了维护不当或过负荷诱发故障的特点、处理办法,结合有关实例总结了铁心多点接地故障为对象的特点、处理办法,并重点论述了铁心多点接地的诊断流程和气相色谱的分析流程。 最后,就提高变压器的健康水平,结合东风电网实际,提出了综合对策,特别强调要提高继电保护的可靠性,慎重对待自动重合闸,积极测量绕组形变。

【Abstract】 As the junction of transimmting and distributing power, the power transformor is at the core of power network, so it’s reliability works on power energic quality for amoutful consumers, and the safety of power system even. The health of power transformor depends on not only design and manufacture, frame and stuff, but also overhaul and maintenance. These two sides are probed into in this thesis.Firstly, to reconstruct thin-insulated transformors, this thesis discusses exclusively the design principle and calculating method of transformers, analyzes earnestly the relationship of it’s performance parameters, advances the thinking or routine of resolving questions, puts forward credible measures, and favorable benefits present after reconstruction.Secondly, to diagnosticate pinpointedly and manage promptly transformors’ defaults, in combine to instances, this thesis summarizes the character and manage of those defaults resulted from improper maitenace or overload, summarizes the character and manage of those defaults resulted from multipoint ground, specialy dissertates the measuring routine of and the routine of.At last, to improve transformors’ health, this thesis sets forth synthetical poliy in example of DFM, expressly suggest that much attention be payed to relay’s reliability, automatic reclose, etc.
