碳纤维布与钢板的粘结机理研究

【摘要】 碳纤维布(CFRP)与钢板复合加固钢筋混凝土结构是一种新的加固形式。它可以弥补单一材料加固方法的不足,一方面满足构件承载力提高的要求,另一方面也可以解决对CFRP材料的锚固,使施工过程更便捷。要使这种复合加固方法在工程上能得到广泛应用,必须保证CFRP与钢板粘结后具有良好的粘结性能。为此本文对CFRP与钢板的粘结机理进行了研究,为CFRP与钢板复合加固混凝土结构和CFRP加固钢结构提供了理论基础,主要的研究内容包括以下几个方面: 1.本文通过CFRP片材与钢板后的粘结剪切试验结果,分析了CFRP与钢板发生剪切破坏的过程和破坏特征,研究了CFRP与钢板粘结面上的应力分布特点,并根据试验结果以及已有的研究成果,提出了有效粘结长度的计算公式和粘结长度大于有效粘结长度的极限粘结力的计算公式,并对计算结果和试验结果进行了比较,吻合良好。 2.本文通过CFRP片材与钢板粘结的正拉试验结果,分析了CFRP与钢板发生正拉粘结破坏的过程和特征,并分析了CFRP的粘贴面积、胶层厚度、钢板表面处理等对正拉粘结强度的影响。 3.通过对CFRP与钢板粘结的构件的单轴拉伸性能试验,分析了CFRP与钢板发生受拉粘结破坏的过程、破坏特征和破坏机理。根据试验结果,得到了钢板宽度、CFRP层数以及CFRP含量变化下的荷载—应变曲线,分析了各变化参数对复合构件粘结拉伸性能的影响。并在理论分析的基础上提出了复合构件屈服承载力和极限承载力的实用计算方法。

【Abstract】 It is a new form of reinforcement for concrete structure to strengthen them with combination of bonded steel plates and carbon fiber reinforced polymer sheets(CFRP) ,which can cover the shortage of single reinforcement method. On one hand , the combining strength enhancement can meet the improving requirements for load-carrying capacity, on the other hand, it may solute the anchorage problems of CFRP and makes the construction procedure convenience. The bond performance between steel-plate and CFRP must be fine in order that the combining strength enhancement can have widespread engineering application. Based on this purpose, the bond performance between steel plate and CFRP has been studied in this paper, which can provide a theoretical basis for strengthening steel structure with CFRP and strengthening concrete structure with combination of bonded steel plates and CFRP. And main conclusions are the following:1. Based on many specimens results of the shear bond test of steel plate and CFRP, the failure process and characteristics of bond test are described, and characteristic of the stress distribution is discussed. The calculating formulas of ultimate bond strength and the effective bond length are established according to experiment results and former conclusions, and the comparisons are carried out among calculated results and test results, which is anastomotic.2. Based on many specimens results of the vertical tension bond test of steel plate and CFRP, the failure process and characteristics of bond test are described. And the effect on vertical bond strength of steel plate and CFRP caused by bond area of CFRP, thickness of bond line, surface treating of steel plate are analyzed.3. Based on the tensile experiment of steel plate bonded by CFRP, the failure process and characteristics of tension test are analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for establishing the calculating formula of bearing capacity. According to the date collection in the test, load-strain curves have been drawn in different influencing factor, for instance, the width of steel plate, thickness of CFRP, the ratio of CFRP. And the effect on the load-carrying capacity of steel plate and CFRP caused by those factor are studied. The practical calculating method of load-carrying capacity is given according to related theories.
