翻车机系统研究及优化设计

【摘要】 翻车机系统是一种非常专业化的散状物料卸料系统,它用于火车装载的散状物料的翻卸。随着国民经济的持续发展,火电厂、冶炼厂、水泥厂、港口、矿山的建设如火如荼,其所需的火车运输的散状物料如煤炭、焦炭、矿砂的用量大幅增长,翻车机系统的年需求量已达到50~60台套。但是该设备的工艺布置、产品设计和检测的单位分属不同的行业,长期以来缺乏对其系统、综合地研究,使其整体性能达到最优,基于此,选择该课题进行研究。 本文分为三个部分。第一部分为翻车机系统的研究和对工艺参数和设备参数的优化。翻车机系统最重要的性能指标是综合卸车效率,其影响因素是系统的工艺参数和配置设备的技术性能。通过对夹轮器、翻车机、迁车平台、空车调车机等设备之间的布置关系的研究,可以对工艺参数进行优化;对各设备的性能指标的研究,可以对设备参数进行优化。并且可以在较大幅度降低设备价格和土建费用的前提下明显提高综合卸车效率。 第二部分为车辆匹配性研究。翻车机系统的工作过程就是与车辆相互作用的过程。在系统投产前,专门的检测部门要按照铁道部的有关标准和规范对其进行全面的测试。本文依据这些标准和规范,对现在正在运行的全国400台套各种翻车机系统各设备提出改造和完善的方案。 第三部分为工程设计实例。浙江浙能兰溪发电厂是我国自己开发设计的首台双车翻车机系统,其双车迁车平台更是世界上首次开发。本文根据工程实际,结合对系统研究和优化的成果,进行了工程设计,为以后翻车机系统的设计和选型提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Car dumper system, a very specialized complete set of equipments, is used to handle bulk materials from trains. With continuous development of national economy, industrial fields including thermal power plants, metallurgical plants, cement mills, habours and mines are now growing in full swing, that leads to massive increase of consumption of bulk materials like coal, coke and ore conveyed by trains, which leads to an annual demand of 50-60 sets of car dumpers. Whereas the processing set-up, product design and testing are responsibilities of different industrial units respectively, there have been in short of system study on car dumper system to optimize its integrated performance in the history. Therefore, this is selected as the research subject.This article comprises threes parts. Part one presents system research and optimizaiton of technological parameters and equipment parameters. The most important performance index of car dumper system is integrated handling efficiency which depends upon system technological parameters and technical parameters of subsidiary equipments. The technological parameters can be optimized through research on layout relations between wheel gripper, dumper, traverser, ejector etc. The equipment parameters can be optimized through study on performance indexes of each equipment. By means of such researches the integrated handling efficiency of the system can be greatly improved while equipment cost and civil construction cost can be reduced considerably.Part two presents research on adaptability of wagons. The operationg process of car dumper system is an interaction process between wagons and car dumper system. Before the system being put into operation, professional test authority conducts an overall test as per relevant standards and regulations issued by Ministry of Railway. Based on the standards and regulations, this article advances a proposal on how to renovate and perfect all equipments of 400 sets of various types of car dumper systems currently operating within China.Part three gives engineering design examples. Car dumper system for Zhejiang Zheneng Lanxi Power Plant is the first tandom car dumper system domestically developed and designed within China, among which the subsidiary tandom traverser is the first one developed in the world. Based on engineering practices, this article combines with conclusion drawn from system research and optimization, presents the engineering design which henceforth provides theoretical basis for the design and type selection of car dumper systems.
