BSFCOR反应器处理特性及应用基础研究

【摘要】 针对目前生物接触氧化法填料存在的问题,从填料结构出发,研制开发出一种瓶状填料。这种瓶状填料具有浅池理论斜流沉淀池沉淀分离的条件;填料内水流速度很小,有利于微生物的栖息生长;填料对气泡有切割和阻挡作用,能提高曝气时氧传递效率。这种反应器称之为瓶状填料生物接触氧化反应器(Bottle-Shape Filler Contact Oxidation Reactor),简称为BSFCOR。在一年多的试验过程中,从水力停留时间、温度、PH值、有毒物质的浓度和反应器对N营养物质的去除等方面考察了BSFCOR反应器的去除效率和运行管理情况,并结合试验结果分析了BSFCOR反应器处理城镇污水的反应动力学模型。 由试验结果可得出BSFCOR反应器的以下结论:BSFCOR反应器的水流流态为完全混合式;反应器具有类似斜流沉淀池的效果,未曝气停留时间为30min时就可以达到静沉试验60min时的沉淀效果,在曝气时当进水时间为60min时,反应器对污水浊度的去除率为34.48%,能在较短时间内有效地截留污水中的悬浮状污染物;加入瓶状填料对曝气中氧的传递效率可提高33%;反应器的驯化挂膜速度快,生物相丰富,生物量大;对COD的处理效率高,在HRT=1h时对污水中CODcr的去除率就可以达到90%以上,出水的CODcr低于50m/l;BSFCOR反应器对各种环境因素具有很强的适应能力,在温度低于10℃、PH值低于5、重铬酸钾浓度高于10mg/l等苛刻的环境条件下仍具有很高的处理能力,可适用于广大的北方寒冷地区和水量、水质变化大的工业废水处理;BSFCOR反应器对污水中NH3-N和T-N的去除率和一般反应器相当;根据试验结果得出BSFCOR
【Abstract】 Based on the problems of the Biological Contact Oxidation reactor, empolder a bottle shape filler ,this filler has condition of the inclined flow precipitation ,low velocity of flow in it, in favor of the microorganism to growth and inhabit, enhance the transfer of oxygen ,highly efficiency to deal with the wastewater , highly drainage quality and low cost, and even we can get it from the living garbage , this reactor was called Bottle-Shape Filler Contact Oxidation Reactor (BSFCOR).During one year experimental period , the performance of the reactors were studied such as hydraulic retention time , temperature ,PH value , concentration of mephitical substance and the degradation rate of N nutriment, etc , moreover , the dynamics model of BSFCOR reactor deal with the sewerage was analyzed.Through the results of test we could conclude as follows: the flow style in BSFCOR reacter is entirety mixed; BSFCOR reactor has the effect of similarity inclined flow precipitator, it can hold up the granule contamination in very shout time ;bottle shape filler can effectively increase the oxygen transfer coefficient of 33%; the velocity of bio-film domestication and shape up rapidly; maintains many species of microorganism and the biomass is excess, the removal efficiency was high , the removment of COD_cr in domestic wastewater at HRT=lh is 90%, and the COD_cr of effluent is less than 50mg/l; BSFCOR was easy to adapt the environmental factor , it has a strong ability to deal with wastewater in low temperature(under 10℃), low PH value(under 5) and high concentration of potassium dichromate solution(above 10 mg/l), it can be used in low temperature areas and industry wastewater; the removal rate of NH3-N and T-N is equivalency as others reactor ,so that if this was stressed , BSFCOR technics should be mended, the dynamics model of BSFCOR reactorwas: C = 337.04 exp(-X3.67t)(1-erfζ) .
