沙漠高速公路沥青路面耐久性研究

【摘要】 随着西部交通建设的发展,必然要在沙漠地区进行大规模高等级公路的建设,因此有必要进行沙漠地区高等级公路沥青路面修筑技术的研究。本文针对沙漠地区雨水集中、温差大、日照强等气候特点,就如何提高沙漠地区沥青路面耐久性问题开展了研究。 基于水、热和紫外线对沥青路面耐久性的影响,针对沥青混合料浸水、受热老化和紫外线老化三个方面进行研究。研究了沥青混合料浸水后稳定度的变化和冻融循环后冻融劈裂强度的变化,得出了水对沥青混合料稳定性的影响;研究了热老化温度和热老化时间对沥青混合料高温、低温、疲劳性能的影响;研究了紫外线老化对沥青及沥青混合料的影响,使用了专门的紫外线老化试验仪器,提出了紫外线老化的试验方法。并通过红外光谱(IR)和差示扫描热分析(DSC)研究了紫外线老化对沥青组成结构的影响,同时研究了紫外线老化对沥青混合料的低温和疲劳性能的影响。

【Abstract】 With the development of western transportation, the large-scale construction of highway will be carried through in desert region. Therefore it is necessary to study the construction technical of asphalt pavement in desert. Aimed at the unique clime in the desert area such as centralized rain, big difference of temperature, strong sunlight, this paper studies how to solve the durability damage of asphalt pavement in the desert express highway.Based on the perdurable performance of the asphalt pavement are influenced by water, heating, ultraviolet radiation, this paper studies the water stability, heating ageing and ultraviolet radiation ageing of bituminous mixtures. Through the research on the change of marshall stability and freeze-thaw cleavage strength, the law of bituminous mixtures moisture susceptibility is educed. In different heating ageing temperature and time, the road performance of bituminous mixtures such as high temperature stability, cracking resistance at low temperature, fatigue resistance is studied. By the specialties apparatus and new experimentation on ultraviolet radiation ageing, the characteristics of asphalt and bituminous mixtures are influenced by ultraviolet radiation. Through Infrared Adsorption Spectrum Analysis (IR), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), the influence of ultraviolet radiation ageing on the composition of bitumen is studied. In ultraviolet radiation ageing, the low temperature crack resistance, fatigue resistance of bituminous mixtures are studied.
