智能型沥青洒布车系统方案研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了智能型沥青洒布车的发展和技术现状,查阅参考国内外智能型沥青洒布车及相关文章,确定了智能型沥青洒布车系统方案:沥青循环系统、导热油加热系统、沥青喷洒系统、气动系统等。对液压系统进行了设计和分析,提出了洒布车液压系统闭式部分的工作效率范围,建立了液压系统闭式部分的数学模型,定性分析了影响液压系统动态响应和动态速度刚度的因素。考虑到实际施工情况,对智能型沥青洒布车的洒布质量控制算法进行了理论分析,得出了洒布车洒布档位推荐曲线和自动洒布控制算法,在档位推荐曲线中为方便控制器编程给出了“洒布参数”的概念;为及时修正洒布量偏差,提高洒布精度,在自动洒布算法中引入了两个系数:沥青泵容积效率修正系数K_B和速度修正系数K_V。结合洒布车控制系统功能要求及PLC的特点,完成了控制系统的控制器选型和部分软硬件设计。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the development and technical situation of the intelligent asphalt distributor, after Investigating the intelligent asphalt distributor and scientific research papers all over the world, ascertains all system projects of the intelligent asphalt distributor: the asphalt conveying and spraying system the heat conducting oil system, the asphalt distributor system and the controlling system etc. and designs hydraulic system particularly, then builds the model of the circle hydraulic system, analyses some factors influence the system’ dynamic respond and dynamic velocity rigidity. Considering actual construction situation, analyses spraying quality controlling arithmetic of the intelligent asphalt distributor in the theory. Summarizes the shift’s recommending curves and automation spraying controlling arithmetic of the asphalt distributor. In the curves of the shift’s recommending, give the concept of spraying parameter for programming easily. And to correct spraying deviation and raise spraying precision, introduces two factors: the volume correction factor of the asphalt pump and the velocity correction factor of the asphalt distributor in the automation spraying controlling arithmetic. And accomplishes parts of hardware design and some software design according to the functional requirement of control system and the feature of PLC.
