基于DSP的四轮转向控制器应用研究

【摘要】 四轮转向技术作为改善车辆操纵及稳定性的主要手段之一,它直接影响着转向的准确性和精度。本文针对国内现有四轮转向控制器存在的问题,选择功能强大的图形液晶显示器作为四轮转向控制器的显示器,经软件及硬件设计该显示器能够实时显示四轮转向系统的故障、工作模式及方向盘转角等信息;基于CAN总线实现了四轮转向控制器与主控制器间的数据通信,并将CAN现场总线技术应用于工程机械分布式控制系统中,经软件及硬件设计主控制器实现了对子控制器的远程监控,在硬件上采用光电隔离电路,软件上采用定时测试的方法,确保了通信过程中数据传输可靠;设计了故障自检及报警模块和数据存储器扩展模块。采用DSP作为核心器件来完成四轮转向控制器显示模块、通信模块、故障报警模块及数据存储器扩展模块的硬件设计,利用CC2000软件完成了控制器的软件设计最后通过室内实验对控制器的功能及通信的稳定性进行检验。基于DSP的四轮转向控制器应用研究,为进一步开发工程机械分布式控制系统奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 As one of the main methods of improving the controlling stability, the technology of Four-Wheel-Steering (FWS) has directly affected the veracity and precision of steering. Aiming at the open questions of FWS Controller, the thesis selects LCD with powerful functions as display of FWS Controller. By the hardware and software design, the information shown on the display includes malfunction、 work module 、 outer corner of steering wheel and so on . Basing on CAN bus, data communication between FWS Controller and main Controller is accomplished, CAN bus technique has applications in distributed control system of construction machinery, main Controller can scout and control other controllers in long distance by the hardware and software design. Ray and electricity isolation circuit is adopted in hardware and fixed time test is adopted in software, communication can be done credibility. Malfunction self-test module and data memory expansion module are designed. The paper accomplishes the hardware design utilizing DSP as core unit and software design utilizing CC2000 software. At last the function and communication stability of controller are inspected through indoor test. Through the applications studies of FWS Controller based on DSP, lay the foundation of distributed control system of construction machinery study.
