硅藻土改性沥青研究

【摘要】 本文选择硅藻土作为沥青无机改性剂,通过大量试验深入研究了硅藻土改性沥青胶浆物理力学性能、微观作用机理、相容性以及沥青混合料的路用性能。提出硅藻土改性沥青混合料的配合比设计方法,并总结了施工工艺,为硅藻土改性沥青在我国的广泛应用提供理论基础。 本文论述了硅藻土的矿产分布、矿物特性及其研制方法,分析了其作为沥青混合料填料与改性剂的区别。对不同掺量、不同藻属硅藻土改性沥青进行了针入度、软化点、延度、针入度指数、当量软化点、当量脆点以及RTFOT老化前后的三大指标性能对比研究,分析硅藻土对沥青高低温性能及感温性的影响。采用离析及电镜试验进行了相容性研究;并通过扫描电镜、红外光谱和DSC差热分析等微观试验对硅藻土在沥青中的存在形态、作用机理进行分析,认为硅藻土掺加到沥青中形成了稳定、均匀的共混体系。对不同掺量、不同藻属硅藻土改性沥青混合料进行了马歇尔试验及各种路用性能试验,根据表面理论研究并提出了硅藻土改性沥青混合料配合比设计方法;同时结合试验路工程,总结了硅藻土改性沥青路面的生产、施工关键技术;并且根据经济分析证明硅藻土改性剂存在明显的综合经济效益优势,具有较大的推广使用价值和研究意义。

【Abstract】 This paper selects diatomite as inorganic modified material for asphalt, and deeply researches the mechanics performance, microcosmic mechanism and consistency of diatomite-modified asphalt and the performance of pavement of diatomite-modified asphalt mix by a great deal tests. It brings forward the mix design method of diatomite-modified asphalt and summarizes the construction technics. This paper offers academic elements for the widely application of diatomite-modified asphalt in our country.This paper discusses the mineral resources distributing, mineral characteristic and manufacture method of diatomite, and analyses the difference between it as filling material or modified material for asphalt. It processes the contradistinctive research about penetration, softening point, ductility, PI, T800, T1,2 and the "three standard" test after the RTFOT aging among different content and diatoms diatomite-modified asphalts, and analyses the influence of asphalt’s performance at high temperature and low temperature and the temperature susceptibility by diatomite. This paper researches the consistency by eduction and SEM test, analyses the modality and mechanism of diatomite in asphalt by SEM, IR and DSC microcosmic test, and considers that diatomite forms a steady and symmetrical mixed system in asphalt. This paper carries Marshall test and other kinds of performance tests of pavement on different content and species diatomite-modified asphalt mixes, and brings forward a mix design method of diatomite-modified asphalt by investigation of surface theory. At the same time, this paper summarizes the pivotal technic of production and construction of diatomite-modified asphalt pavement according to the trial road project. Furthermore, this paper considers that diatomite have obviously integrated advantage of economic benefit, biggish application value and research significance by economy analysis.
