【摘要】 城市是一定区域的政治、经济和文化中心,集中了大部分的社会物质财富和精神财富。城市化是人们对城市式的学习、生活、工作、休憩方式的肯定和追求,代表着一定的生活方式,也表征了经济发展水平。城市交通是城市的“血液”,在城市的各个功能区之间不断传递着客流、货物流和信息流。道路网络作为城市交通的物质基础,是城市的生命线,支撑着其他生命系统。其在城市中的核心地位,决定了它在城市运行中的骨干作用。 城市道路网络可靠性是指在规定的条件下和规定的时间内,道路网络所提供的各种服务能够满足出行者出行需求的能力,它是衡量路网质量的重要指标之一。现代城市道路网络越来越庞大,越来越复杂;而且,人们对出行质量的要求越来越高,使得路网可靠性问题显得越来越重要,越来越突出。国内外学者对路网可靠性的研究不断推进,取得了一定成果。但是,由于研究的历史比较短,理论还有许多需要充实、完善和提高的地方。本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,结合我国城市道路交通的实际,深入分析了各种路网布局和功能特点;在剖析路网可靠性影响因素的基础上,建立了交叉口和路段的可靠性模型;利用图论知识和系统可靠性理论,建立了路网可靠性计算模型;最后,对路网可靠性理论的实际应用,即路网全寿命周期可靠性管理,进行了系统地探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 City is the political, economic and cultural center of certain territory, concentrating most of the social material wealth and spiritual wealth. Urbanization is the affirmation and pursuing of the people to the urban style of work, life, study and relaxation, and symptoms the level of economic growth. As the "blood" of the city, urban traffic transmits flow of passengers, goods and information continuously between different function districts. Being the material foundation of urban traffic, road network is the lifeline of the city, which supports other life systems. Its core position has decided its key role in city operation.Urban road network reliability is the level at which the various service it offers can satisfy the demand of trip makers. And, it is one of the important indexes to measure the quality of the road network. Modern urban road network becomes more and more huge and complex; the requirement of people for trip quality is more and more high, those all make road network reliability problem more and more important and outstanding. Researches of road network reliability have been push forward all along by domestic and international scholars, along with certain accomplishment. Because of the short studying history, those theories ever established need to be substantiated, perfected and promoted. Based on the summary of forefathers’ research accomplishments, combining the reality of the urban road traffic of our country, various road network layout and their function characteristics has been deeply analyzed; after anatomizing the factors influencing road network reliability, the reliability models of intersection and section of road network has been established; and, road network reliability calculation models has been set up using graph theory and system reliability theory; at last, discussion has been carried out on the actual application of road network reliability theories, namely the completely life period reliability management of road network.更多还原
