【摘要】 近年来,公安信息化在网络基础设施、业务应用系统、组织管理机构、人才队伍保障等方面取得明显成效,在公安工作中发挥着重要的作用。论文设计和实现了一个“公安(治安)举报信息管理系统”,它采用计算机网络自动化管理来取代人工处理举报信息,促进了公安信息管理工作进步,提高了公安业务工作的质量和效率。 论文针对公安治安的实际工作需要,将先进的计算机技术与网络信息技术相结合,提出了基于B/S(Browser/Serve)结构的公安(治安)举报信息管理系统框架;作者在分析、归纳、总结了公安治安工作法规与工作程序的基础上,构造了实施公安(治安)举报信息管理的模型,并采用基于WEB平台的ASP和HTML编程技术、SQL Serve数据库服务技术实现了系统的各主要功能模块;同时,使用SSL协议加密技术对网络中传输的举报信息进行了加密,确保了服务器端到客户端的安全连接,保证了信息在传输过程中不被窃取、篡改,提高系统的安全性。论文作者根据现有的基础与条件,考虑到今后的可操作性、安全性等因素创建了公安(治安)举报信息管理系统,目前该系统已投入使用。 通过建立这样一个统一的、网络化的案件举报信息系统,可以使民警通过计算机网络将举报信息快速地传递,有效地提高公安机关接报能力和案件处理的效率。由于该系统的使用,可实现举报信息的统计分析,案件线索的自动分类与汇总,领导的统一审批和科学分派,从而提升管理水平,使公安机关的治安管理工作跨上一个新台阶。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lately, public security information has obtained obvious effects in network basic equipments, professional application systems, organization management structures and talent persons guarantee and plays more and more important role in the public securities. This thesis designs and realizes a "public security report information management systems". Using automatic management of a scientific computer network instead of the manual handle report information, we can promote technology progress and raise the work quality and efficiency..According to the actual demand of public security work, by using advanced computer, network and information technique, it has been suggested a frame based on B/S (Browser/Serve) to solve public security report information management problem. After analysis of the work rules and job procedures of public security work, it is set up a realized public security report information management model. All parts of the model have been designed by using ASP (Active Sever Pages) and HTML programming technique based upon the WEB platform, SQL sever technique. And the information transmitted in the network is encrypted by SSL agreement maintain secrecy technique to avoid housebreaking of the information in the point to point transmission which aims to raise the safety of the system. In accordance with the basis conditions at present, the operability and safety, it has been created a public security report information management system and it is put in use now.By means of constructing thus united, network like, automatic case reporting system, it can make policemen transfer quickly the report information adapting computers and networks, raise validly the abilities of accepting reports by the public security organs and handling the cases. Due to the using of this system, it can realize statistics and analysis of report information, automatic classification and automatic gathering of case clues and a united check and scientific dispatch by the leadership so as to raise the management level and make the security management work of public security organ stride upon a new step.更多还原
