熔焊快速成型技术中轨迹规划与自动编程

【摘要】 快速成型作为上世纪末发展起来的新型制造技术,与传统的机械技术相比,具有快速、准确地制造复杂模型的特点,在越来越多的制造领域得到了广泛的应用。近几年来,以研究金属材料直接快速成型为目标的熔焊成型技术已经成为国际上的一个研究热点。 本文首先介绍了快速成型技术极其在国内外的发展和应用,快速成型系统工作原理,工作流程和系统组成。在对当今焊接快速成型技术做了较详细的了解、分析的基础上,提出了采用焊接工艺的方法,利用快速成型技术中的累积成型的思想,在数控机床上通过自动编程实现熔敷成型金属零件的方法。 本文提出了一套适合熔焊快速成型的分层截面的扫描填充算法,详细地阐述了熔焊快速成型技术中对复杂的分层截面先进行内外轮廓的判断和单连通、复连通区域的区分;再对复连通区域进行剖分,使之变成单连通区域,然后对所有的单连通区域进行单调区域的判断、分割;最后生成成型数控指令的整个过程。 本文的重点是根据作者所提出的截面填充算法,采用Windows操作系统作为开发平台,选择VC++、OpenGL作为开发工具,采用面向对象的程序设计方法,并利用计算机仿真技术和计算机动画技术,开发熔焊快速成型在线自动编程及仿真系统。该系统界面友好,操作简单易学。通过与学校加工中心的华中数控铣床结合使用效果良好。在该机床上试用该系统表明:可以生成较为正确、实用的数控成型指令代码;数控指令代码仿真能动态、直观地显示焊枪成型运动轨迹,并能够实现金属零件的动态成型模拟。本文详细论述了该系统的实现过程、系统的功能模块以及该系统软件的使用方法。

【Abstract】 As a new manufacturing method developed at the end of the last century, Rapid Prototyping , compared with conventional manufacturing methods , has the advantages of timesaving ,precision and complex modeling .and has been applied in more and more manufacture fields wildly. In recent years, Welding Rapid Prototyping at the aim of studying metal material shaped directly has become a international researching focus.In this paper, the development and application of Rapid Prototyping technology at home and abroad are introduced firstly. as well as the working principle , workflow and systematic makeup of Rapid Prototyping equipment. On the base of the comprehending and analyzing Welding Rapid Prototyping in existence, put forward realizing welding shaped metal part on numerical machine tool by automation programming adopting welding process and the idea of cumulating shape in Rapid Prototyping.A monotonous adapting to Welding Rapid Prototyping algorithm of scanning and hatching the delaminating section area is presented in this paper. Expound the whole course of distinguishing the section outlines are inside or outside, are the complex connecting area or the simple connecting area; Then dividing the complex connecting area into the simple connecting area, by monotonous dividing the simple connecting area, several monotone areas are generated. Finally produce numerical control shaped instruction codes.The focal point of the subject is to adopt Windows operation system as the developing platform, Choose VC++, OpenGL as the developing instrument, and adopt target’s procedure design method ,Utilize emulation technology of the computer and computer cartoon technology, develop the automatic programming of the Welding Rapid Prototyping and emulation system. this systematic interface is friendly, it is easy to study to operate . Through combining the result of use with HUA ZHONG numerical control machining well. Meanwhile , it should indicate systematically to try out HUA ZHONG numerical control machining: Can comparatively produce correctly , shaping instruction codes in practical numerical control; Numerical control code emulation can trend, ocular one demonstrate that the torque shapes the sport orbit. And can realize that shaping simulation in trends of the metal par. In the article, expound the fact realization course, function module make up and operation method of systems software in detail originally.
