微波介质材料介电常数测试方法研究

【摘要】 本文主要研究了微波介质材料介电常数的测试方法。 介电常数是介质材料的主要性能参数之一,其测量方法多样。随着科技进步,微波介质材料在通信和其它学科领域应用愈来愈广泛,因此,对介质材料介电常数的测量技术也提出了更高的要求。 本文首先介绍了传统测量线测量介电常数方法,并以此为基础,讨论了组成自动测量线测试系统的硬件、软件及其设计。 其次,根据自动测量线测试出的参数,采用了泰勒级数各阶次展开求解复介电常数的新方法,求解出被测材料的介电常数,并具有较好的精度。 最后,对自动测量线测试系统的测量误差进行了初步探讨。 采用微波晶体检波二极管的分段定标方法。该方法利用线性回归法将测量系统中驻波幅度自波节至波腹进行分段定标,得到每段的检波律。在微波参数测量中,微波晶体检波器根据实际测试幅度查找相对应的检波律,然后进行相应的参数计算,从而可有效地减小了在微波测量中由于晶体检波器而引起的误差;采用小反射滑动负载即可确定测量线误差网络参数的新方法,得到了测量线误差网络参数的最小二乘法显式解。利用误差网络参数,对被测网络的输入反射系数误差进行分析及优化。测量结果说明本论文中所作的误差分析是有效的,对提高测量精确度有一定的帮助。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly studies the microwave permittivity measurement techniques of dielectric materials.As a main function parameter of dielectric material, measurement methods of permittivity are diverse.Progress along with science and technology, the dielectric materials apply with a lots science realms , therefore, the better measurement techniques are demanded.This paper introduces the traditional slotted line theory and takes this as the foundation, discussing the hardware and software of auto slotted line system and its design.Next, In order to obtain the complex dielectric constant in terms of parameters measured by auto slotted line,a higher order power series solution has been introduced.The measuring results are accurate.Finally, the simple discussion is made for measurement error of automatic slotted line. A method, named Subsection Calibration method of crystal diode radio detector, is used to minimize the measurement errors aroused by crystal diode radio-detector effectively during the course of measuring. The error network parameters of slotted line can solved by little reflection slip load,and then,with it the network’s input reflection coefficient can be analyzed and optimized. Experimental results indicate that error analysis in the paper is available and improves measurement precision.
