【摘要】 领导艺术是影响领导活动成效的重要方面,研究领导艺术具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。理论界在领导理论方面已有较丰富、较成熟的成果,但在领导艺术的理解上存在着相当大的分歧,这些分歧根源于对领导的本质的不同理解。本文认为,领导是以影响人为核心的一种行为,包括组织授予影响力和个人影响力两部分的作用,相应地,领导艺术应从影响有效的途径影响下属或员工的领导行为这一角度来理解,并与领导方法和技巧区别开来。因此,本文从分析影响力的特点出发,从法定权力、强迫权力、奖赏力、专家力、模范力五个方面分别论述现代领导艺术的内容,并强调五种影响力的综合运用。同时,由于领导艺术具有灵活性、开放性,其培养和提高也是可能的。本文在分析影响领导艺术的因素的基础上,从自我学习和组织改革两大方面论述了培养和提高领导艺术的途径更多还原

【Abstract】 The art of leadership is an important aspect of influencing leading of activity’s effect. Researching the art of leadership has important theoretical and realistic meanings. Theory circles have had comparatively rich and ripe achievements, but theory circles have great divergences in understanding the art of leadership. These divergences originate from the different understanding to the nature of leadership. The article shows that lead is an action that is in the core of influencing human being, including organization granted influence force and individual influence force’s role correspondingly, the art of leadership should be understood from leading action of effectively influencing subordinate of staff, and it should be distinguished from the method and skill of leadership. Therefore, from the beginning of analyzing influence force’s feature, this article expounds separately modern leading art’s content from legal power, compessed power, awarding power, expert power and model. And it emphasizes a comprehensive using of the five influencing forces. Meanwhile, since the art of leadership has flexibility and open character, its cultivation and improvement are possible. On the basis of analyzing leading art’s influential factors, this article expounds the ways of cultivating and improving art of leadership self-study and organizing reform.更多还原
