铸造覆膜砂激光快速成型方法及系统的研究

【摘要】 本文针对目前已商品化的主要激光快速成型方法的优缺点,提出了一种新的激光快速成型方法——基于轮廓线扫描技术的铸造覆膜砂激光快速成型方法。详细叙述了该方法的成型步骤及特点。 设计研制了一套铸造覆膜砂激光快速成型系统,包括机械设备子系统的设计制作及计算机自动控制子系统的设计开发。全面分析了激光X-Y扫描系统、供料铺粉系统、升降系统及机械本体的机构设计、运动原理、性能要求及各自之间的配合关系,详细分析了各系统的模块化功能及装配调试过程。 设计了一套基于PC的主从式计算机自动控制硬件系统,介绍了该系统的总体设计思想吸总体结构,并对硬件系统的各组成部分进行了详细叙述。开发了一套激光快速成型系统软件,系统分析了该软件的总体结构、执行流程、主要功能、人机界面等。并讨论了硬件及软件系统中的一些技术特点。 详细分析了铸造覆膜砂激光快速成型系统的调试及总体装配过程,并以该系统为平台,实现了本文所提出的基于轮廓线扫描技术的铸造覆膜砂激光快速成型方法,成功制造出了具有较高机械性能及精度的三维零件原形及铸造模型,并利用该铸造模型浇注出金属零件。

【Abstract】 In this paper, technology of coated-sand laser rapid prototyping based on contour scanning is presented according to the primary technics at the present time. Process and characteristic of the technology are described.Coated-sand laser rapid prototyping system is developed in this paper, including the development of mechanical equipment and the computer numerical control system. The laser X-Y scanning system, feeder system, elevating system, and the framework are rounded analyzed. The process of assembly is detailed analyzed.This paper designs computer numerical control hardware system. The integrated design and gross structure of the hardware system are narrated, including the elements of the hardware system. The laser rapid prototyping control software system is developed. The gross structure, the flow process, the major function and the form of the software is systematically analyzed. Some technique characteristics in hardware system and software system are discussed.Debugging and assembly process of the coated-sand laser rapid prototyping system are detailed analyzed in this paper. And the technology of coated-sand laser rapid prototyping based on contour scanning is carried out in the rapid prototyping system. Three-dimensional solid and foundry mold with high mechanical character are manufactured. And metal part was casted using the foundry mold.
