脉冲电化学螺旋齿轮光整加工技术基础研究

【摘要】 螺旋锥齿轮是实现相交轴运动传递的重要基础元件,由于其传动具有重合度大、承载能力高、传动效率高、传动平稳、噪声小等优点而被广泛应用于汽车、飞机、机床和各种机械产品中。目前世界螺旋锥齿轮加工方面的关键技术主要掌握在少数发达国家手里,且各成体系,互不公开。在螺旋锥齿轮硬齿面精加工这一环节上,我国与发达国家的差距尤为明显。因此,研究适合我国螺旋锥齿轮硬齿面精加工工艺,对提高我国整体的螺旋锥齿轮制造水平意义重大。 脉冲电化学光整加工(PECF)能够大幅度降低零件的表面粗糙度,提高零件的表面质量,具有重要的研究价值和发展潜力,因此,本文将脉冲电化学光整加工应用于螺旋锥齿轮硬齿面的光整。 在全面分析国内外脉冲电化学光整加工研究现状的基础上,重点研究了脉冲电化学的宏观及微观整平机理和工艺特性;深入研究了电流密度、电解液成分、工件材料、加工间隙、脉冲频率、脉冲宽度及阴极表面微观形貌等工艺参数对加工质量的影响规律。 在上述研究的基础上,结合螺旋锥齿轮的精切齿原理及特点,探讨了脉冲电化学光整加工在螺旋锥齿轮上的应用模式。重点研究了脉冲电化学光整加工阴极、刀盘等关键部件的设计等问题,并对脉冲电化学螺旋锥齿轮光整加工进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,脉冲电化学光整加工能够大幅度降低齿面粗糙度。 本文研究脉冲电化学螺旋锥齿轮光整加工所采用的机床是改制后的格里森No.16号万能铣齿机,因其结构的复杂性,使得在加工过程中工件夹具和机床主轴部分暴露在电解液中。鉴于此,研究了电解液的防腐及导电特性,确定了能够防止机床和工件腐蚀的防腐添加剂及其浓度。 本文对脉冲电化学螺旋锥齿轮光整加工进行研究,旨在拓宽脉冲电化学光整加工的应用领域,从而推动脉冲电化学光整加工的研究和发展,改善我国齿轮制造业的落后局面,对实际生产具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Spiral bevel gear is the basic element for carrying out the transfer of intersecting shafts. It is widely used in automobiles, airplanes, machine tools and other kinds of mechanism products, due to those merits in transmission such as high degree in superposition, high carrying capacity, high efficiency in transmission, steady and low noise etc. Currently, the main processing technology of spiral bevel gear is mainly held by few developed nations, falling into different systems and concealed from each other. There is an obvious disparity between our nation and other developed nations in the field of hard surface finish machining of the spiral bevel gear. Therefore, it will be of significant importance for promoting the overall manufacturing level of the spiral bevel gear in our nation to research the hard surface finish machining process of the spiral bevel gear.PECF has great worthiness on researching and high development potential for greatly reducing the surface roughness and improving the surface quality of the parts. Accordingly, PECF is being applied in hard surface finishing of spiral bevel gear in this thesis.It is stressed much importance on the macro and micro smoothing mechanism and process characteristic on the basis of analyzing the status quo of PECF comprehensively from home and abroad, and made an in-depth research of the influence on the processing quality by the process parameters such as the current consistency, electrolyte composition, workpiece material, process clearance, pulse frequency, pulse width and micro-structure of cathode and so on.It is discussed the application mode of PECF on the spiral bevel gear based on the research above and the principle and characteristic of precision cutting of spiral bevel gear. Meantime, it is researched the design of the key parts such as cathode, cathode holder of PECF on the spiral bevel. The experiment was carried out on the spiral bevel gear by PECF, The result shows that PECF could reduce the surface roughness obviously.The machine tool which carries out the PECF on the spiral bevel gear is the Gleason No. 16 multifunctional mill works after alteration. For the complexity in its structure, the clamp and the principal axis are partially exposed in the electrolyte in the process of PECF. So the antisepsis and the electric characteristic of the electrolyte are researched, and the comparatively reasonable antisepsis and its concentration are ascertained.The research on the PECF of spiral bevel aims at opening up the application field of PECF, and promoting the development of PECF to improve the lag-behind situation in the field of gear manufacturing in our nation, which has great significance in the practical production.
