【摘要】 智能水压力发生器是重要的控制水压力的仪器。它可以取代常规的室内压力源;可以产生不同频率、不同幅度的动态水压力波形;同时可以根据设定的压力值进行水压力的稳态控制。本文根据实际情况,阐述了硕士论文课题工作中开发的水压力发生器的工作基本原理和设计过程中所涉及到的基本知识,并对关键环节进行了详细分析。 课题首先提出了基于单片机的系统解决方案,并付诸实践。在总结基于单片机系统优缺点的基础上,提出了一套基于PCI总线的系统解决方案,并对这个方案的可行性进行了详细地论证。 本文所述的智能水压力发生器由三部分组成:数据采集部分、执行系统以及上位机控制系统。其中,数据采集系统是以PCI-8310数据采集卡为核心器件的工作系统,通过Visual Basic语言编制的支持软件,能够对各种电信号进行处理、运算,并且最终将采集的数据信息存储到指定空间;在执行系统中,伺服电机以及伺服驱动器的使用进一步提高了系统的自动化程度,通过对电机参数的合理设置,可实现对水压力的闭环控制;对于控制系统,整个水压力信号采集系统都是由PC机进行控制的,利用PC机高速响应的特性,进行高频信号采集,可以将同一频率的信号不断的细分,减小信号还原以后失真的可能性,增加采集信号的可利用性。三个组成部分通过软件的协调作用共同完成水压力信号从发生到还原的整个过程,使整个系统更具智能化,系统运行的任一环节在国内均处于领先地位。 经过现场实际调试,运行结果表明:系统整体设计合理、性能可靠,实现了预期的设计目标。

【Abstract】 Intelligent water pressure controller is an important instrument of generating and controlling water pressure. It can replace the normal source of water pressure; It can generate dynamic water pressure which have different frequency and different range; It also can be set to generate static water pressure. To satisfy this kind of practical demand, this Master’s degree paper expatiates the basic theories and knowledge in designing the instrument that generate water pressure, which developed in the corresponding research subject. Details are provided at some key points.Firstly, the thesis brings forward a system resolve scheme based on MCU, and carries it out. On the base of summarizing the MCU system, the thesis brings forward a system resolve scheme which based on PCI-BUS, and makes a detail reasoning of it’s feasibility.Three parts constitute the intelligent water pressure controller we concern, including data acquisition part, execution system and upper controller system. While, the PCI-8310 date acquisition card is used as a core component in the data acquisition system. With the help of software programmed in Visual Basic, the system saves the acquisitive information to the appointed memorizer after disposing and calculating each electric signal. The execution system becomes more automatic by the use of servo system, and the controller can be a closed loop system after setting the electromotor exactly. For the controller system, it’s the PC to control the whole acquisition system. Because of the high speed of PC, the system could acquire high-frequency information and subdivide the information, then reduce the possibility of distortion and increase the available of data. By the help of software, the three parts work together from the signal’s production to the restoration. So the system becomes more intelligent and every groupware of the system is advanced inland.The debugging and running of the system indicate that the whole design is feasible and reliable, and the presumed functions have been conducted successfully.
