【摘要】 当今世界,随着人类社会进入信息化时代,人类创造新知识、新技术的速度也随之日益发展,改造世界的能力也不断增强,由此所积累的工程方面的理论知识在国家发展的进程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。经济的快速发展深刻地影响着人们的生产生活方式,同时,也对高等工程教育提出了更高的要求,需要高等工程教育适应时代的发展,以培养工程技术人才为目标,推动国家经济的发展。 高等工程教育以高等工科院校为主要的培训场所,以培养工程技术人才为主要内容,直接为国家经济发展服务。加强对我国高等工程教育创新的研究,以创新为目标带动我国的经济发展,也有利于其他方面的共同进步。改革开放以来,我国高等工程教育取得了不少成就,对我国经济的发展,经济体制的改革产生了显著的作用,这是我国乃至世界所公认的,但由于历史和现实等方面的原因,我国高等工程教育还存在一些问题,有些问题甚至成为我国高等工程教育发展过程中的障碍,在积极发展高等工程教育的今天,我们要及时发现高等工程教育存在的问题及其原因,在具体的环节上加以改革和创新,以高等工程教育的创新来推动我国经济的整体发展。 当前,确立我国高等工程教育的地位,加大对我国高等工程教育的投入力度,提高我国高等工程教育的水平,既是我们所面临的严峻挑战,也是实现我国经济发展目标的有力保障,这就有必要加强我国高等工程教育创新的研究。本文主要是在高等工程教育理论研究的基础上,以具体的原则和目标为指导,发现问题,分析原因,提出我国高等工程教育创新的具体途径和策略,为我国高等工程教育的创新提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In our times, with human’s steps enter information era. The speed of new knowledge and technology’s creation develops day after day; the ability of transform the world is stronger and stronger. With its development, the theory of engineering exerts its important function. fast development of economic society changes people’s production and life style deeply; meanwhile, it also puts higher demand forward to higher engineering education too. This needs higher engineering education meets the development of our times, depends the goal to cultivate the talents of engineering to improve the economic of our country.Universities and colleges as the mainly training place of higher engineering education, it regards the talents of engineering’s cultivation as the main content, serves for economic development directly. Strengthening the study of our higher engineering education’ innovation, and depend on the economic development of our country, then it can promote of other various fields of our country. With reform and open policy’s evolution, our higher engineering education has made great progress and got much achievement, this improves our country’s economy and our economic system’s transformation. It had proved by other countries. But because of the historical reason and the reality national conditions, our higher engineering education also has it’s questions, some questions even become the barrier of our higher engineering education’s further development, today, developing our higher engineering education, we should analyze the reasons, innovate concrete facets to improve our economic development.At present, establish the position of our country’s higher engineering education, strengthening the input power of our higher engineering education, heightening the higher engineering education’s level of our country. This is not only the challenge that we face, but also the goal of our higher engineering education’s development, thus, it’s necessary for us to innovate our higher engineering education. This article mainly based on the theory of higher engineering education, takes the certain goal principle as the foundation, finding the problem, analyzing the reason, proposing the innovation and concrete strategy of our higher engineering education to offer the reference to our higher engineering education’s development.更多还原
