【摘要】 经济贫困是我国贫困大学生最主要的特征,为此国家和全社会都采取了非常积极的资助政策和措施,但是贫困大学生面临的不仅仅是经济贫困,由经济贫困而导致的心理疾患、学业障碍、环境压力等问题也日益凸显,且这些由经济贫困而衍生的问题越来越成为影响大学生全面发展的主要因素。因此,本文以此为切入点,目的在于从“大援助”的视角出发,突破单纯经济资助的范畴,以期建立更加全面和人性化的援助体系,更好的解决贫困大学生的经济贫困、心理疾患、学业障碍、环境压力等问题,为促进贫困大学生全面和谐发展提出可供参考的建议。 研究过程中通过查阅文献、调查研究、中外比较、理论分析等方法,对当前历史条件下我国贫困大学生的援助体系进行了探讨。本文论述的贫困大学生援助体系是我国政府、高校、社会为帮助经济困难以及由此而导致心理疾患、学业障碍、环境压力等问题的大学生按期完成学业而建立的一整套相互关联、相互影响的政策、教育、舆论、扶助体系。 论文阐述了援助体系的概念、实施主体;特别指出“以人为本,促进学生全面发展”理念应作为构建贫困大学生援助体系的重要理论基础;对经济资助的方式进行了评价,对心理健康教育的重要性进行了论证,强调了助学贷款、勤工助学等积极资助的重要地位和学生自我心理调适的重要性;提出了对贫困大学生学业提供帮助以及创建和谐环境等援助措施的建议,并建议全社会能够从贫困大学生的全面发展出发,整合各种力量和资源,形成国家、高校、社会多主体,经济、心理、学业、坏境多角度,政策、责任、道义多层面的大援助体系,全方位地解决贫困大学生问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Family Poverty is the main feature for poor students in China. Our country and the society have developed policies and measures in order to help these students to complete the study successfully. With the development of economics and education, many problems among poor-family students are rising up to the surface due to family poverty. Till now, those problems out of poverty have become the main factors in preventing students from progressing in all aspects. This article is based on the scientific theories and the view of great aids, breaking through the scope of economic assistance and setting up a more comprehensive and human-oriented aid system. The article aims to solve the problems of poverty, psychological illness, study obstacle and environment pressure, and to offer valuable suggestions to accelerate the social harmony as well as the overall development of the students from poor families.The article discusses the aid system of poor university students through material researches, comparisons and theoretic analyses. The aid system in this article is a set of relative policies, education, public opinions and social aids set up by our government universities and the society to help poor students with the problems of psychological illness, study obstacle and environment pressure to complete their study successfully.The article expounds the concept and the principal of the system, especially pointing out the scientific theory of human-oriented — students’ promotion in all aspects. It offers suggestions to the economic assistance, demonstrates the importance of psychological problems education, and emphasizes the importance of economic assistance by loan and working out of study. It creatively puts forward offering assistance to basic skills and improvement of non-intellectual factors, as well as the environment aid system, for example, out of sight and non- touch assistance and equal campus cultural assistance.
