公开教学管理个案研究
The Case Study of Open Class Teaching Management

【摘要】 公开教学作为一种特殊的课堂教学形式,在中小学的教学活动中被赋予了交流、研究、示范、考核、竞赛等诸多的功能。然而,这样一种几乎被每一位教师所熟知的教学活动,越来越引起教育界关注的却不是它在教学中的重要作用,而是在开设的过程中日益暴露出的问题。鉴于公开教学的确有着其他教学方式不可替代的作用,越来越多的教育界人士呼吁寻找办法来解决公开教学中的问题。部分学校尝试通过管理来规范公开教学活动,同济大学第二附属中学便是其中之一。 本课题将同济大学第二附属中学作为个案进行研究,主要是因为该校对公开教学的管理比较有特色:1、有明确的管理目标;2、有具体的管理部门;3、有准确的操作点:4、有明确的公开教学主题;5、管理关注了公开教学的全过程;6、开发了备课、听课、评教三大信息平台为管理提供了技术支撑。 对同济大学第二附属中学公开教学管理的现状调查研究结果表明,加强管理的确能够在一定程度上解决公开教学中存在的问题。规范后的公开教学活动比较有效地促进了该校教师教学观念的转变;促进了教师专业素养的提升;初步营造起了为教师认同的公开教学管理文化。但是,研究结果也表明,该校的公开教学还存在着如公开教学功能还不够明晰;一定程度上还存在着不够真实的现象;教师参与公开教学还不够主动等问题。其原因在于管理中还存在着机构不够健全,方法不够科学,机制不够完善等问题,影响了管理的效果。问题的解决还有赖于在学校内部建立一套完善、规范、高效的公开教学管理机制。 公开教学管理机制的建立应包含三个方面的内容:第一,成立公开教学管理的组织机构;第二,廓清公开教学管理的流程,包括公开教学管理的运作流程和公开教学活动的运作流程;第三,创建公开教学管理的保障机制,包括评价与激励机制,畅通的反馈渠道,相关的技术支撑和定期的效果评估。公开教学管理机制的建立,能促进学校系统中各相关环节、相关要素在公开教学管理过程中相互联系、分工合作、协调耦合,从而使管理工作规范、有序、高效地运行,使公开教学活动能发挥其应有的功能。 研究结果表明,公开教学中存在的问题与管理有密切的联系,能够通过建立高效的管理机制来解决。希望这一结论能对进一步开展公开教学研究提供一些依据。
【Abstract】 Open class teaching, as a special way of classroom teaching in the basic education, is entitled with many functions such as communication, research, evaluation and competition. Nevertheless, as such an common teaching practice , it becomes the focus of the attention not because of it’s important role, but of the problems it reveals. Due to the unique role of open class teaching, more and more people are searching for ways to solve the problems. Some schools are trying to normalize the practice, among which Number 2 Secondary School attached to Tongji University is one.As an individual case, this project will be studied with No.2 middle school Attached to Tongji University, mainly due to the particular characteristic management of the open class teaching in this school: 1. clear-cut goal; 2. specific organism; 3. accurate operations; 4.open teaching topics; 5. performance throughout the open class teaching; 6. three information resources for class preparation, attending and evaluation which serves as technical support.The research on the present situation of open class teaching management in No.2 middle school Attached to Tongji University shows that, to some extent, good management can solve the problems in open class teaching. The open class teaching, when normalized, have changed the teaching concept of the teachers of the school; improved the teachers’ quality; started to establish the management culture of open class teaching commonly accepted by the teachers. But the research also shows that some problems still exist such as the unclear function of the open class teaching; lacking of credibility; the teachers’ passive attendance of open class. This is because the management body is not well functioned, approach not so scientific, and low efficiency in management as a result. The problem solving is largely based on the establishment of complete, normalized, highly efficient open class teaching management mechanism.The open class teaching management mechanism should be established in the following three respects: 1. Setting up a open class teaching management organization; 2. Clarify the process of open class teaching management, including the operational process; 3. Setting up the support system for open class teaching management, including evaluation and motivation organism, feeding back channels, relevant technical support and regular evaluation. The establishment of class demonstrationmanagement mechanism will improve the chain action with relevant section and elements in connection, job division and cooperation, so as to make the management more normalized, orderly and efficient, so as to make the management more normalized, orderly and efficient.The result of the research shows that the problems of open class teaching are closely related to management and can be solved by establishing highly efficient management organism. Hopefully this conclusion will be of some help to the class demonstration research.
