【摘要】 在我国经济建设发展过程中,作为职业技术教育链上重要一环的职业中学,其教学质量管理现代化,是当前职业教育发展的现实要求,也是我国新时期经济建设发展的客观需要。在知识经济的今天,在信息化教育时代背景下,职业中学实现教学质量管理的现代化,是21世纪教育管理的必然走向。本文通过研究当前职业中学的教学管理现状、问题及成因分析,借鉴国外职业中学教学质量管理经验,对职业中学教学质量管理的现代化进行了探讨,并由此对职业中学实现教学质量管理现代化的过程中一些常见问题给出相应的策略。 论文先对我国当前职业中学教学质量管理的现状、存在问题及成因分析进行了较为深入的探讨,以准确把握我国当前职业中学教学质量管理的情况及存在的不足。 论文的第二部分对国外职业中学教学质量管理的实践进行总结,对其一些成功做法或经验进行探寻,从中找出一些适合我国职业中学教学质量管理现代化的经验或启示。 论文的第三部分从我国国情出发,根据国外职业中学教学质量管理的经验或启示,从现代化的管理理念、教学管理人员的现代化、教学质量管理的信息化、现代化的教学质量管理模式等方面对我国职业中学教学质量管理现代化的实现进行深入的探讨,并对职业中学实现教学质量管理现代化的过程中的一些常见问题给出相应的策略,为当前职业中学向信息化校园方向发展、现代化教育教学管理方向推进提供一些具有前瞻性的对策和思路,也为我国职业中学实现真正意义上的教学质量管理现代化提供一些有益的建议和思路。 论文最后提出,教学质量管理现代化是21世纪教育管理的必然走向,是教育发展中一个永恒的时代话题。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the course of economic development in our country, vocational schools, as one of key link in a chain of vocational and technical education, modernizing its teaching quality management, is the realistic requirement for the current development in vocational education, and also is the practical command for the economic development in the new era. On the background of knowledge economy and IE today, it’ s the trend of modernizing teaching quality management for vocational schools. The paper tries to make a research into the present teaching quality management in vocational schools and the related practice at abroad, on the basis of the research, the modernization of teaching quality management in vocational schools is explored, and some common questions and the related measures in modernizing teaching quality management in vocational schools are given after the present situation, the current questions and the causes of teaching quality management in vocational schools are analyzed and a comparison abroad is done.First part of the paper analyzes deeply the present situation, the existing questions and the causes of the teaching quality management in vocational schools, in order to grasp all the things and all the defaults possible for the current teaching quality management in vocational schools.In the second part, the practice of teaching quality management in vocational schools abroad is summed up, some efficient behavior and successful practice experience is explored, therefore, useful experience and implications of modernizing teaching quality management fitting for our vocational schools are tried to be found.In the third part, with useful experience and clues of modernizing teaching quality management abroad, on the basis of the present situation of our vocational schools, a deep research on the modernization of teaching quality management in our vocational schools is made in the modern management ideal, in the modernization of teaching management instructors, in the information of teaching quality management, in the modern teaching quality management model, etc. also, some common questions and the related measures are come out during the practice of teaching quality management modernization.Thus, some feasible strategy and measures can be proffered in the trend of information schoolyard for vocational schools, in the trend of modern education and modern teaching management, and also, some useful advice and measures are hold in the modernization of teaching quality management truly in our vocational schools.In the last part, the viewpoint is pointed out that the modernization of teaching quality management is the trend of education management in 21 century and also is the forever topic era in the development of education.更多还原
