内燃机爆震与爆震传感器的性能研究

【摘要】 内燃机爆震(或敲缸)是一种不理想的燃烧方式,它会使内燃机工作粗爆,功率下降,燃油经济性变差。利用爆震传感器提取爆震信号特征,可以准确地判断爆震是否发生,爆震强度大小,进而控制汽油机工作在期望的轻微爆震工况下。因此,对内燃机爆震现象和爆震传感器的性能进行深入研究,对于提高内燃机工作性能,延长内燃机使用寿命来说,具有重要的应用价值和工程意义。 本文从理论分析入手,通过对爆震传感器的性能测试,为爆震传感器的设计提供理论和实验依据。 首先分析了爆震信号的产生机理、测量方法和爆震信号特征,并探讨了爆震信号数字化处理的理论依据。 通过对爆震传感器结构及工作原理的研究,详细分析了其主要性能指标,如灵敏度、频率响应、相位响应、范围。通过对5种型号8个爆震传感器进行性能检测,测量分析了各爆震传感器的频率响应函数、灵敏度、线性度等静动态性能参数,找出国产爆震传感器的不足,并依照性能较好的爆震传感器,制定出一种新型爆震传感器的设计方案,为加快爆震传感器国产化进程提供研制依据。 设计的新型爆震传感器结构非常紧凑,成本较低,占用空间小,在测量爆震信号时信号无需再放大即可使用。非常适合于国内生产。
【Abstract】 Knocking to the internal combustion engine (or striking to the piston) is one not ideal burning way. It will make the internal-combustion engine work violent, the power drop, the economy of the fuel become bad. Knock signal characteristic can be drawn by knock sensor and can be utilized to judge the knock to take place accurately and the knock’s intensity size. It is great significant to utilized it to control the internal-combustion engine work in under the expectant knocking operating mode and it has the important application value and the project significance to enhance the internal combustion engine operating performance and lengthen the internal combustion engine service life by means of conducting the thorough research to the phenomenon of the internal combustion engine knock and the knock sensor.To offer the theory and experiment basis of the design of the knock sensor, analyzing from the theory, the function of the knock sensor is tested in this text. The knock production mechanism of signal, measure method and the knock signal characteristic are analyzed at first, and the theoretical foundation of digitized processing of the knock signal is discussed.Through the research of the knock sensor structure and operation principle, the knock sensor’s main performance index have been analyzed in detail, the sensitivity, frequency responding, phase responding , range and so on the static and dynamic performance parameter.Carried on performance measure knock sensors, 4 type of 8 knocks sensor’s responds function of the frequency sensitivity, linear degree, etc are measured and analyzed. Then deficiency of domestic knock sensor is found out and according to which the better performance has, one new-type of designing plan of knock sensor is designed to provide the development basis to speed up the productiondomesticization process of the knock sensor.The structure of the new designed sensor is very compact, the cost is relatively low and it is small to take up the space. Its signal does not need to amplify while measuring the signal of knock. So it is very suitable for domestic production.
