离子水机电控系统的设计

【摘要】 我国是用水大国,饮水质量一直是关注的焦点。当前饮用水市场,各种净水设备品种繁多,功能不一。本文所述离子水机是一种多功能饮水机,除了具备最基本的净化功能外,其核心功能是对水的电离即电解水功能。本文研究内容就是该机器核心部分电控系统的设计研发,其性能好坏将直接决定产品品质的优劣。 科技进步日新月异,特别是随着嵌入式系统技术的发展,全自动化,智能化和微机化已成为饮水机产品技术发展的一种不可阻挡的趋势。为此,本文综合目前广泛应用于家电方面的新技术,在原有产品的基础上进行更新换代,将霍尔传感技术、语音技术和点阵式图形液晶显示技术等引入,形成高品质、高附加值的新一代产品,增强市场竞争优势。 文中以离子水机电控系统实际开发过程为例,分析论述了嵌入式芯片在控制系统中的主导作用,并结合实际开发内容,从检测传感器理论支持、硬件设计(包括元件选取,电路布局和设计)、系统整体抗干扰设计(包括硬件和软件)、汇编程序软件设计等多个方面对开发设计过程中出现的关键问题、难点问题和主要设计原理都做了详尽的阐述。

【Abstract】 Our country is the big country for use water, and the quality of drinking water have been the concern’s focus.Current drinking water market, species of clean water equipments is numerous, and the function is different.This article sets forth the machine is a kind of many functionses to drinking the water machine, besides having the most basic decontamination function, the function of its core is a electrolysis water function.It is the machine’s core that this text studies the contents the part for the design of the program control system, quality of its function will directly decide the good and bad of the product quality.With the development of science and technology, especially the development of the embedded technology, full-automation and intelligizing are becoming an unobstructed trend.For this,this text synthesize now the extensive application is in the appliance’s new technique that foundation, at originally possessed the product go forward a the line renew to change the on behalf, and spread the technique of hall sensor, the technique of speech and the technique of the array type sketch LCD ,etc. and turn into high quality, high additional worth new generation product, strengthen the market competition the advantage.This paper take the procedure of the development of the program control system as an example,analyzes the application of the embedded MCU ,the predominant function for in the control system .And analysis, and combinative actual development contents, from sensor theories, hardware the esign( includecomponents select by examinations, electric circuit layout with design), the design of the whole anti-the interference for this system (include the hardware and software for the examination), designs of procedure softwares ,etcs .On the other hand,the key problem,difficult point problem and main design principle are discussed detailedly in this paper.
