多级节流智能控制系统研究

【摘要】 近年来,在井控施工中广泛使用的单级节流控制系统由于承压能力较低已经不能够满足塔里木油田高压高产油气井勘探开发的需要。在这种背景下,多级节流控制系统应运而生。多级节流系统利用了多个节流阀,对高压流体进行多级节流,逐级降压。多级节流系统的使用使分配到单只节流阀上的压降不超过40MPa,减少单只节流阀上的负荷,改善节流系统关键元件节流阀的工况,从而提高节流系统的可靠性,保证压井作业安全,顺利进行。 多级节流系统是一套结合了机电技术及计算机控制技术的复杂设备。在本文中,笔者结合石油工程井控理论,对多级节流控制系统工作原理作了深入的分析,建立了电液比例阀液压控制系统数学模型,并对该模型运用MATLAB进行了仿真分析。根据系统的分析得到的各环节动静态特点提出了PID结合专家经验的控制策略,并设计了相应的控制器。另外,在对控制器研究的基础上完成了多级节流智能控制系统相关数据采集,及控制的硬件及相关工程软件的设计。
【Abstract】 In recent years, Because the single throttling control system’s ability of bearing the pressure is low, it can not meet the need of high-pressure gas well exploration and development of Tarim oil field. Under this background , the multiple throttling control system arises at the historic moment. It uses several choke valves to reduce the pressure to the high-pressure fluid, making the pressure born on the individual choke valve lower than 40Mpa. The using of multiple throttling control system reduces the load on the choke valve , and improves the working envirment the key component in the choke valve.The multiple throttling system is a set of complicated equipment combining electromechanical technology with computer-control technology. In this paper, the author apply petroleum engineering well-control theory to analyze operational principle of multilevel throttling control system in depth, set up electrohydraulic proportional valve hydraulic pressure control system mathematics model and use MATLAB to make emulation analysis to it. According to dynamic and static characteristic of every step gained through system analysis, control tactic has been brought forward which combine PID with expertise experience, and related controller has also been designed. In addition, on the basis of research on controller, related data acquisition of the multilevel throttle intelligence control system has been finished, the design of control hardware and related engineering software has also been accomplished.
