调剖优化决策技术与决策系统

【摘要】 本文针对调剖决策技术中存在的一些问题和不确定性,结合PI、RE等决策技术,从油藏地质特征出发结合实际油田生产动态数据,建立调剖决策、方案优化设计以及调剖效果预测等模型,得出如下结论与认识: 在决策技术的优化方面,系统继承了PI、RE等决策技术的优点,从油藏地质和生产动态数据出发,考虑注水井注入能力、油层非均质程度、周围受效油井生产动态等因素建立决策指标,进行多层次的变权模糊综合评判。 调剖方案的确定依据调剖候选井、选层结果和调剖剂性能参数,在公式法的基础上,基于数理统计线性回归技术和人工智能技术建立效果预测模型,进行方案效果预测和经济评价,依据最大利润法确定最佳调剖方案;效果预测技术选用两种不同方法建立预测模型:逐步线性回归法(线性模型);神经网络法(非线性模型)。 通过对注入系统压力的分析,从系统压力平衡出发建立注入过程中爬坡压力预测模型,并结合注水压力系统求解模型中的部分参数。施工设计时,可根据给定排量预测爬坡压力。 在决策技术、方案的优化设计以及效果预测的研究基础上,根据本文建立的决策模型,开发了优化决策系统。该系统将优化决策技术和方案优化设计技术于一体,用户界面友好,操作简便,实用性强。并针对港西一区三断块地质特性和开发状况开展40-6-3井等四个井组的单井决策技术应用研究。研究结果表明,本文建立的模型可靠;开发的优化决策系统能为用户提供简便、快捷、可靠的决策信息。

【Abstract】 This paper aims at the uncertainty and the blindness in decision techniques of profile control. Combining PI and RE decision techniques, the well production data as well as the depository geological feature of reservoir. The project optimization design model and effect prediction model of profile control project were established. Some conclusion and knowledge was reached as following:In well selecting decision, combining PI and RE decision techniques, considerate the factor of the well pour ability, reservoir heterogeneity and the production data of the around production well, carry out multiple level fuzzy compound decision.On the base of the decision end, the parameter of profile control agent as well as the ratios of pour ability before profile control and later, Using the mathematic method to predicting the project effect, carry out economic estimate, conform the best profile control project. Effect prediction method chooses two different prediction models: Regress step by step (linear model); Nerve network (nonlinear model).Through the analysis of pour pressure system, the pressure prediction model was build and some parameters are acquired. During the process of profile control project designed, the designer can predict the creep craves of pour pressure and tiptop pressure with different inject range.On the research and the model of the optimizing decision, the project optimizing design as well as the effect prediction project , the optimizing decision system was developed. This system makes the decision techniques and optimizing design of project in one body, using interface is friendly, operating is simple and convenient, and practicality is strong. Aim at geological property and development condition of DaGang oil fields; the single well optimization of 4 wells such as 40-6-3 is applied research. The research end showed the model is reliable; the software can provide the credible information to user with simple and convenient.
