提高轻烃回收率工艺参数研究

【摘要】 本文首先从天然气的作用及其良好发展前景出发,说明轻烃回收的目的和意义,进而详细阐述了国内外天然气轻烃回收工艺技术的发展现状,并指出今后的发展方向仍是以冷凝分离法为主,重在节能降耗、提高轻烃回收率方面进行研究开发,最终达到提高轻烃回收装置整体经济效益的目的。 其次,经过对BWRS状态方程与参数计算,汽-液平衡过程计算和轻烃回收工艺单元计算的理论与数学模型进行深入分析及其算法研究,并在此基础上,编制了《轻烃回收参数及工艺计算程序》软件,该程序可在Windows98、Windows2000和WinXP平台下安装运行。程序共由9个功能部分组成,可计算由18种组分混合而成的天然气。程序的人机界面友好,用户可通过程序界面输入计算所需的数据,运行程序后,直接输出计算结果到界面上。同时为便于用户理解工艺过程,其中一部分工艺单元和流程计算,还设计有流程示意图。该软件经工程实例计算考核证明,其运行可靠、计算结果准确,能够满足用低温分离法进行轻烃回收工艺选择时计算的需要。 然后,根据我国天然气分布和组成的特点,利用《轻烃回收参数及工艺计算程序》分别对我国四种典型天然气和我国主要油气田天然气的轻烃液化率进行计算,并利用程序绘制了相应的轻烃液化率与温度、压力关系曲线图。通过对液化率计算结果和其曲线图进行深入分析研究,总结出了我国天然气随组成、温度和压力变化时,轻烃液化率的变化规律及其影响因素,并提出了提高轻烃液化率的方法和正确选择轻烃回收工艺的方法与原则。同时根据我国主要油气田天然气轻烃液化率变化规律,为我国油田伴生气、凝析气田气和气田气的轻烃回收工艺制定了合理的工艺选择方案。 最后,本文在大量分析研究的基础上,对研究工作进行了全面总结,在指出研究成果的同时,还明确今后的工作方向与思路。

【Abstract】 Starting with the functions and prosperous developments of natural gas, this thesis presents the aims and significance of the hydrocarbon recovery and then illustrates the current situations of the natural gas hydrocarbon recovering process techniques home and abroad. Meanwhile, it is point out that the future research on the hydrocarbon recovery process techniques is to be conducted mainly depending on the condensate separating method, in the process of which energy conservation, consumption decreasing and enhancement of hydrocarbon recovery ratio are also studied and developed in order to improve the whole profit of the hydrocarbon recovery unit.In the second part of this thesis, the software Hydrocarbon Recovering Parameter and its Process Computation is developed based on the deep analysis and research on the calculation theories, the mathematic models and its algorithm of BWRS state equation and its parameter, vapor-liquid equilibrium process and hydrocarbon recovering process unit. This software can be setup and run on the platform of Windows98、 Windows2000 and Windows XP. The whole program is made up of nine parts. It can calculate the natural gas made up of 18 components. Users can put the data into the computer through the program interface, and the results appear on the interface after the program has been run. For the convenience of understanding the process, the program provides the flow diagrams of some process units. The software is tested by the project calculation and the results prove that its running is reliable and the final data is exact, which can meet the needs of calculation, selecting hydrocarbon recovery process by means of low temperature separating method.In the following part, according to the characteristic of the distributions and composition of the natural gas in China, it calculates the liquefaction ratio of hydrocarbon of the four kinds of typical natural gas and the natural gas of main oil-gas field with the aid of this program in China. The program also renders aids to plot the curve diagram of the relations among the liquefaction ratio of hydrocarbon, temperature and pressure basing on the results of the calculation. By analyzing the results of the calculation of the liquefaction ratio and its curve diagram, it summarizes the changes of the liquefaction ratio of hydrocarbon and its influential factors when the composition, temperature and pressure of natural gas change. It proposes that the methods and the principles of improving the liquefaction ratio of hydrocarbon and choosing the appropriate hydrocarbon recovery process. At the same time, according to the changing raw of the liquefaction ratio of hydrocarbon of natural gas from the main oil field inChina, it also makes the proper alternative designs of hydrocarbon recovery for the oil-field gas, condensate gas-field gas and gas-field gas.In the end, the thesis makes an overall summary of the whole research, proposes the results and presents the future recommendation for the future study.
