高温气井温度对套管接头密封及套管附加载荷的影响分析

【摘要】 温度对套管的影响在各油田已有了广泛的认识。在前人研究的基础上,本文建立了压力、温度耦合预测模型,该模型能绘制高温气井井筒温度分布曲线,能够提供较精确的井筒温度数据。本文主要讨论了温度对套管接头密封性能的影响和温度对套管附加载荷的影响。在套管附加载荷分析中提到一种新的工况,即自由套管(自由套管指内外环空都没有固水泥的套管),通过分析温度对其的影响,本文可为高温条件下含有自由套管段的套管选型和井身结构设计提供理论指导。 本文的主要研究内容有:井筒周围温度分布计算;温度对套管接头密封性能影响;套管热应力的计算;自由套管段附加载荷计算;自由套管附加载荷的预防。通过以上的研究,将对高温气井中温度对套管的影响有着更加全面地认识。
【Abstract】 The temperature has an important effect on casing which has been widely known in oilfields. Through establishing precise pressure-temperature coupling prediction model, drawing temperature distribution curve in HT gas well and based on predecessor’s study, this paper can provide much more precise data about well casing temperature. Temperature’s effect on casing joint sealing and casing additional loads is discussed in this paper. A sort of new working condition namely free pipe, a kind of casing that there is no cementing inside and outside annular, has been mentioned in casing additional load analyses .Through analyzing the influence of temperature on free pipe, this paper can provide foundation for the design of casing program with free pipe segment under HT conditions.The main content of this research paper: temperature distribution computation around well casing; influence of temperature on casing joint sealing; calculation of casing thermal stress; calculation of free pipe segment additional loads; prevention of free pipe additional loads. Through the investigations which have been mentioned above, a more all-around comprehension about the influence of temperature on casing can be provided in HT gas well.
