重庆市汽车摩托车制造工业的产业组织研究

【摘要】 产业经济学认为,任何产业在发展过程中,它的组织结构与组织内部企业的行为以及最后所带来的绩效之间总是存在着密切的联系,因此,产业组织分析是进行产业发展问题研究过程中必不可少的一个环节。汽车摩托车制造工业是重庆市经济发展中最重要的产业之一,该产业的发展状况好坏又与其产业组织结构、组织行为相关。通过对重庆市汽车摩托车制造工业的产业组织研究,可以对该产业的发展现状与原因有更深入的认识,能够从产业组织的角度探求该产业在发展过程中存在的问题与未来发展的趋势与道路选择,对于促进重庆市经济的稳定、持续、快速发展也具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。 本文借用产业经济学最基本的分析范式——“S—C—P”范式,结合规模经济和集聚经济理论进行分析研究。文章从汽车摩托车制造工业发展对规模性、集聚性的要求,中国汽车摩托车制造工业的产业组织现状,该工业发展对重庆经济发展的影响三个层次论述了对重庆市汽车摩托车制造工业进行产业组织研究的必要性。从产业组织结构、产业组织行为以及产业绩效三个方面分析了重庆市汽车摩托车制造工业的产业组织现状,揭示了产业组织结构、产业组织行为和产业绩效中存在的问题,即产品结构与市场结构的单一性,产业内部企业之间关系的失衡与竞争的低级化,产业经济效益低和技术创新水平差。据此提出重庆市汽车摩托车制造工业要进一步发展所必须进行产业组织调整的方向与目标:提高重庆市汽车摩托车制造工业的规模水平、加强产业集聚性、深化企业之间专业化分工水平、加快技术创新与应用的速度、加强区域间产业的合作、提升产品等级、开拓国内及国外市场,使该产业保持持续稳定的发展,并最终推动重庆市经济的发展。要实现这个目标,企业需要规范自身行为,政府必须进行准确的职能定位为产业和企业的发展提供良好的软硬件环境与政策支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the point of view of the industry economics, in the process of the any industry’s development, their organized structure and conduct of the internal enterprise, which followed with their performance, are related closely. Therefore, there is a necessary step that is the industry-organized analysis for processing researches in the industry development. Vehicle and motor manufacturing industry are one of important support for the economy development of Chongqing. The performances of their development are connected loosely with the organized structure and organized conduct in this field. By means of researching in the industry organized of vehicle and motor manufactures of Chongqing, we will get a long further step in acknowledging the current developing situation and its causes in this field. Meanwhile, from the respect of the industry organization, we will probe some problem in the development in vehicle industry, and explore the promising direction so that weigh in an important part to follow. It is of the utmost significance for enhancing economy of Chongqing to more stable, continuous and rapid way.Borrowed from a fundamental analytical model in the industry economic field, that is "Structure-Conduct-Performance" model, this thesis analyzed along with the economy of scale and the economy of gathering. And in this thesis, the author demonstrated the necessity in analyzing the Industry organization of the vehicle manufacture of Chongqing from three respects. The first respect is the requirement in developing in scale, gathering in the development of the vehicle and motor manufacture; the second one is from the current situation of the vehicle manufacture of China; and the last one is from the effects to the economy development of Chongqing.This thesis analyzed the current situation of the Industry organization in the vehicle and motor manufacture of Chongqing by means of probing the Industry organization framework, the Structure-Construct-Performance and the achievements in this field. It looked into some problems of organized performances and achievements in the industry organized structure. These problems mainly arranges from the unitariness between the production structure and marketing structure, to the unbalance of the internal industry organized framework, to the poor competitiveness, which lead to the poor financial benefits and in ineffective quality in bringing forth new ideas. Based on these analyses, this thesis advocated the directions and the aims for adjustingthe purpose of the industry organization in the further development of the vehicle and motor manufacture of Chongqing. These directions and aims include how to improve the scale standard of the vehicle and motor manufacture of Chongqing and strengthen the gathering in this field; how to enhance the clarifying specification standard between the enterprises in this field and speed up the technology creation and shorten the time to apply the new technology; and how to improve the cooperation between the regional industry, promote the rank of the production and broaden the marketing in home and out of country? With these directions and aims, they can make the industry develop in more continuous, and stable way, and at last they can promote the economy development of Chongqing. Given in such situation, the requirements of the enterprise of their own are regular their performances. Meanwhile it requires the government to land a proper rank of their function.
