高墩大跨连续刚构桥的车桥系统耦合振动分析

【摘要】 随着国民经济的不断发展,中国客运与货运的交通量显著增长,公路桥梁上行驶的车辆荷载不断加大;同时许多新建桥梁往往设计得较为细长和柔软,高墩大跨连续刚构桥就是其中的一种,这样就使得车辆-桥梁结构的耦合振动问题变得突出起来。它包括两个方面,一方面,高速行驶的车辆对所通过的桥梁产生动力冲击作用,直接影响其工作状态和使用寿命;另一方面,桥梁的振动又对运行车辆的平稳性和安全性产生影响,因此需要对车桥耦合振动进行综合分析。本文在收集、整理有关车桥系统耦合振动分析资料的基础上,分别讨论了动力学有限元法的基本思路与其中各种数值解法的优缺点;同时,推导了基于自身假设条件下的车桥系统耦合振动的运动方程组。利用可视化编程语言Vc ++ ,编制了可以用于车桥系统耦合振动分析的专业程序( CQZD )。本文以广西布柳河大桥为工程背景,首先采用CQZD 程序计算布柳河大桥在设计车速下的动力响应值,它包括箱梁、车体的竖向方向响应及高墩的水平方向响应三部分,并且归纳出车辆在桥上行驶时整个系统的动力响应情况;然后进行布柳河大桥车桥耦合振动的参数分析,它包括有车速、车体质量、车辆类型、车辆阻尼参数、桥梁阻尼比等因素的影响。其中车速方面还论证了速度共振点的存在和车辆行驶的平顺性问题,比较而言,车桥振动对车速和车体质量的影响比较敏感;最后阐述了桥梁冲击系数的理论的发展,并在此基础上,分析了布柳河大桥冲击系数的影响因素,它包括车速、车重、桥梁基频及车列荷载几方面。从而对高墩大跨连续刚构桥的车桥系统耦合振动分析提供一定的科学依据。

【Abstract】 As continuous development of the national economy and significant increase of the traffic volume in Chinese passenger and freight transportation, vehicular load running on the highway bridge is increasing heavily; at the same time many new bridges are designed comparatively slender and soft, and the high-pier & long-span continuous rigid frame bridge is one type of them, therefore the problem about coupling vibration of vehicle-bridge becomes more prominent than before. It includes two aspects, one is the dynamic impact action which is produced by the high-speed running vehicle on the bridge that it passed, will directed affect the active state and operating life of the bridge; the other aspect is that the vibration of bridge will also affect the stationarity and security of running vehicle. Thus coupling vibration of vehicle-bridge must be comprehensively analyzed. On the basis of collection and arrangement of existing coupling vibration of vehicle-bridge’s dynamic datum, this paper discusses the basic procedure of finite-element method about dynamics and the merits and demerits of all kinds of numeric analysis in them; meanwhile, it deduces the equations set of motion of coupling vibration of vehicle-bridge under the condition of autologous assumption. What’s more, making use of visual-procedure language Vc++, writes a generator professional program for analyzing the coupling vibration of vehicle-bridge (CQZD). Taking the Bu-Liu River Bridge in GuangXi as a subject, firstly the paper calculates dynamic response value that the vehicle runs at the designed speed on the Bu-Liu river bridge by adopting the CQZD programmer. This response includes three parts, for example, vertical component of the dynamic response of box-beam、vehicle and horizontal component of the dynamic response of high-pier, moreover it summarizes dynamic response situation of the whole system when the vehicle run on the bridge. Secondly, it analyzes the parameters of Bu-Liu River Bridge’s coupling vibration of vehicle-bridge, which include some influencing factors such as vehicle speed、vehicle quality、its type and damping ratio、bridge’s damping ratio and so on. It also demonstrates the existence of sympathetic-vibration point and the running smooth of vehicles from the respect of vehicle speed. Comparatively speaking the coupling vibration of vehicle-bridge changes more sensitively under the influence of vehicle speed and quality. At last, this paper represents the development of the theory of impact coefficient in bridge, based on them, analyses the influencing factor of impact coefficient in Bu-Liu River Bridge, which include vehicle speed、vehicle quality、bridge basal frequency and vehicle line and so on. Thereby, it provides a certain scientific testimony to the analysis of coupling vibration of vehicle-bridge about the high-pier & long-span bridge.
