转运车沥青混合料温度变化规律研究

【摘要】 由于沥青混合料在运输和卸料过程中热量流失的不均衡而产生明显的温度差异从而使沥青混合料产生温度离析,当用存在温度离析的沥青混合料铺筑路面时,温度较低的沥青混合料不能被压实,导致路面密实度不均匀,从而使路面产生较高的空气间隙率和粗糙度。这将导致路面的结构破坏,预期寿命缩短,同时也使汽车的燃料消耗和轮胎磨损增大,行车安全和行车效果也大打折扣。为了铺筑出高质量的沥青路面,延长路面的使用寿命,减少路面维修费用,必须减少沥青混合料的温度离析。本课题从施工工艺出发,在自卸车与沥青摊铺机之间增设一台沥青混合料转运车,对沥青混合料进行储存和二次搅拌,并将二次搅拌好的混合料匀速地输送到摊铺机料斗中,保证摊铺机摊铺过程中的供料均匀和受力平衡。本论文针对沥青混合料在转运车入料、运输、存储、再搅拌4 种工作模式下,与转运车之间、外界环境之间以及沥青混合料不同部分之间的热量交换机理进行了分析,并分别建立了4 种工作模式下沥青混合料的热力学方程,并采用有限差分法对其进行了求解。找出了导致沥青混合料在转运车内热量损失的主要因素,针对这些因素在转运车结构方面对沥青混合料提出了几点保温措施。同时,为了提高转运车智能化程度,对沥青混合料在转运车里的温度变化过程进行可视化仿真,用于指导现场施工和转运车设计。
【Abstract】 Temperature segregation is the non-uniform distribution of disproportion that quantity of heat loss during asphalt mixture is transported and discharged. lower temperature mixture is compacted so that road surface has asymmetric solid, more air clearance and higher roughness When asphalt mixture of temperature segregation is paved mat. The resulting pavement exhibits poor structural and textural characteristics and has a shorter life expectancy. At the same time, The resulting makes automobile consume more fuel and makes tyre abrasion become bigger and has an effect on traffic safety. Problems associated with temperature segregation are serious. Their elimination is essential to the production of high quality pavement. The task of this paper is researching the material transfer vehicle setting between a tipper and a paver, which deposits and mixes asphalt concrete again, to improving the uniformities of the materials and their temperatures, sending the mixtures to the paver at a constant velocity, and ensuring the uniformities of the mixtures and the steadiness of operating force in the process of paving. Through analyzing quantity of heat exchange on asphalt mixture with material transfer vehicle and outer environments,every part of asphalt mixture. Four energetics equations of asphalt mixture about four work modes are found while asphalt mixture is entered, transported,deposited and mixed asphalt concrete again in the material transfer vehicle. Adopting limited difference way to solution energetics equations. Causations that result in asphalt mixture quantity of heat losing are found out. Bring forward a few heat preservation measures of asphalt mixture on material transfer vehicle configuration . Process of temperature changing is simulated. The resulting may guidance spot construction and material transfer vehicle design.
