可见光响应型S掺杂TiO2薄膜光催化剂的制备及其活性的研究

【摘要】 研制具有可见光活性的TiO2薄膜光催化剂,是提高太阳光利用率、推进光催化技术的实用化进程的关键,也成为光催化领域重要和具挑战性的课题之一。 为了扩展TiO2在可见光区的响应波长有效利用太阳能,本实验首次用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺S的TiO2薄膜,由UV-Vis结果表明,掺S的TiO2薄膜对可见光具有较好的响应,响应波长达到530nm,其禁带宽度为2.34eV。由XPS表征可知,S很可能是以S6+的形式代替Ti进入TiO2晶格。XRD结果表明,500℃煅烧制备的掺S的TiO2薄膜是锐钛矿晶型。最后以氙灯为光源(λ>400nm),罗丹明B溶液为目标降解物,对掺S的TiO2薄膜进行了光催化性能的研究。发现其在可见光下的光催化活性远高于TiO2薄膜,其中500℃煅烧制备的掺S的TiO2薄膜的活性为最高。实验结果基本达到了预期的目的。

【Abstract】 The development of photocatalysts that show a high activity under visible light irradiation is needed in order to utilize sunlight or rays from artificial sources more effectively in photocatalytic reactions.For this purpose, S-doped TiO2 thin films witch have not been reported in the past were prepared on soda-lime glass substrates via the sol-gel method using the TiO2 sol solution. DTA, UV-Vis, XRD ,XPS observation and techniques were used to characterize the S-doped TiO2 thin films and The photocatalytic activity of the catalysts was tested with Rhodamine B as the objective decomposition substance under visible light. And experiment results show that the S-doped TiO2 thin films absorption onset extends well into the visible region at λ530nm and has a higher photocatalytic activity than TiO2 thin films under visible light irradiation. S6+ takes place of Ti in the lattice of TiO2 thin films.
