【摘要】 本文以教育学和护理学相关理论为指导,总结分析我国恢复高等护理教育以来,关于高等护理教育的研究进展和研究中存在的问题,借鉴国外的高等护理教育经验,提出了新世纪我国高等护理教育改革的思路,为今后的高等护理教育改革与发展提供理论依据。 笔者查阅了《中华护理杂志》(1983年-2004年),《实用护理杂志》(1985年-2004年),《护士进修杂志》(1986年-2004年),《护理学杂志》(1986年-2004年),《护理研究》(1988年-2004年),从中检出有关高等护理教育的研究论文209篇,采用文献法、调查法、历史法、比较法等研究方法,对我国恢复高等护理教育20年来在培养目标、课程设置和教学内容、教学方法、临床实习及师资队伍建设等方面的研究进展做了全面的总结和分析。高等护理教育由于历史的原因停顿了30余年,使我国高等护理教育的发展严重地滞后于发达国家仍处于起步阶段。21世纪是生命科学的世纪,对生命的日益重视和对良好生存质量的追求,使健康的自我护理成为人类需要的趋势。开展高等护理教育是培养高素质护理人才、适应社会发展的必然需求。随着我国加入WTO,高等护理教育亦将融入国际教育市场,直接参与国际教育的竞争,走上与国际接轨的道路。为此,我国的高等护理教育必须坚持教育本土化,弘扬我国传统的医学教育,只有创立有中国特色的高等护理教育发展模式,逐步形成成熟的高层次护理人才培养系统工程,才能在国际竞争中处于不败之地。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on pedagogy and nursing-related theories, the article summarizes and analyses the developments and lacks of higher nursing education after the Reform of Higher Education. Using the experiences on nursing educations of other countries for reference, it puts forward the train of thought on the future reform of nursing education in our country in the new century, providing a theoretical reference on the higher education reform and its development in the future.Referring to the Chinese Journal of Nursing (from 1983 to 2004), The Applied Journal of Nursing (from 1985 to 2004), The Journal of Advanced Nursing (from 1986 to 2004), the Journal of Nursing (from 1986 to 2004) and Nursing Research (from 1988 to 2004), the author chose 209 articles on research of higher nursing education. With the methods of literature, investigation, historical, comparison and other, the author makes a through summary and analysis of the development of educating objects, curriculum setting, contents for teaching, teaching methods, clinical practice and faculty construct etc. For some historical reasons, our higher nursing education had been halted for more than 30 years, resulted in very low development lagging behind other developed countries. The 21st Century is a century of bionomic science. In this new century, more and more importance is being put on life and good life quality is being pursued, which makes it trendof the human being to keep healthy and self-care. It becomes inevitable to develop higher nursing education to raise high-quality nursing talents and meet the demands of the society development. With the China’ s entry to WTO, the higher education also has access to the international educational market, and directly participates in the competition of international education, has started its way of internationalism. Therefore, we should stick to nationalize our higher nursing education, develop our conventional medical education. Only the model of higher nursing education with Chinese characteristic is established, and a mature systematic project of high level nursing talents gradually comes into being, can we stand victoriously all the way.更多还原
