中小学教育网站评价指标体系研究

【摘要】 近年来中小学教育网站在我国蓬勃发展,然而它似乎还不能满足用户的需求。究其原因,我国的中小学教育网站还处于起步阶段,水平参差不齐,主要体现在内容的匮乏、信息的无序以及管理的混乱上。这就需要制定中小学教育网站的评价标准,规范中小学教育网站的建设。 本文针对中小学教育网站的特点,制定出一套易操作、可行的评价指标体系,并使用它实际地来评价一些中小学教育网站。旨在规范中小学教育网站的建设,激励网站的开发者、管理者们,更好的发展中小学教育网站,更好的为中小学生、教师、家长和关心基础教育的人士服务。 本文在划分评价指标体系时分两步走。第一步,从因特网信息资源产生、组织、传递、使用的独特性这一主线展开,围绕以下几个问题展开讨论。因特网信息资源的质量如何控制;是否能够方便、快捷的使用因特网信息资源:此类信息资源是为谁服务的,对象是否明确;因特网信息资源创造了什么价值。由此划分出一级指标。第二步,结合中小学教育网站的特点化分二级指标并细化。 最后本文选择几个国内的中小学教育网站,用制定的评价指标体系对其做定性分析。在评述这些网站之后,总结建设中小学教育网站的注意事项。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years the website used for the primary and junior high school education has developed rapidly in our country, however it can’t still satisfy the need of the customer apparently. It’s the reason that the website used for the primary and junior high school education still is placed in the start stage. The level is not even, the content is poor, the information is without preface and the management is in confusion. This evaluation of the website used for of the primary and junior high school education needs to draw up .It will be the norm of the construction of the website.This text aims at the characteristics of the website used for of the primary and junior high school education to draw up a set of the viable evaluation system and use it to evaluate some the website used for of the primary and junior high school education practically. It will encourage the developer and the governors of the website to develop the website better.This text divides three steps walk. Square one, from Internet information resources creation, special this main line that organize, deliver, use launch, surrounding following few problems to launch the discussion, how to control the quantity of Internet information resources; how to use Internet information resources conveniently; This kind of information resources serves whom; Internet information resources created what value. The text will divide the line one class index sign of from here. The second step, the characteristics that combines the website used for of the primary and junior high school education turns to divide the second class index sign. In the third, the text will choose a few local the website used for of the primary and junior high school education, and use the evaluation system to do the qualitative analysis.
