初中生网络德育研究

【摘要】 Internet被认为是继报纸、广播、电视媒体之后的“第四媒体”,网络正以令人难以置信的速度渗透到我们的生活、尤其是学生的学习、工作、娱乐乃至生活的各个方面。网络作为一种改变人类生活和生存方式的新生事物,日益显示了其“双刃剑”作用。研究初中生网络德育,具有重要的现实意义。本课题以德育和心理教育网站——“常州市中小学德育网”、“常州教育青年网”和“心理健康教育热线——心灵家园”为载体进行实证性研究,探索初中生网络德育的内容体系构建、教师队伍建设和个性化服务等相关问题。其结论为:开展初中生网络德育,必须根据初中生的生理、心理特点和需要,构建网站内容,使之成为初中生的网上家园;必须开展丰富多彩的网上交流活动,把学生的注意力吸引到健康的轨道上来;必须建立、培养一支熟悉网络管理、擅长德育工作、懂得学生心理、具有奉献精神的网络德育教师队伍;必须进行个性化服务,及时解决学生提出的各种问题。本研究初步探索了网络德育工作的一般规律,初步形成了初中生网络德育的模式,并提出了建立较为完善的德育网络,并由教育行政部门立项开展网络德育的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Internet is regarded as "the fourth spreading media" after newspaper, broadcast and TV, The network is affecting each aspect in the area of learning, working、 amusement and life of people especially students at a surprising speed. Network have obvious function of "double-edged sword" as a novelty changing human being’s history and life style. There is an important practical significance to research network moral education. This question for study is researched with concrete evidence by using the moral education and psychological Education website —"Changzhou Schools’ Moral Education Web", "The Web of young educators’ in Changzhou" 、"Psychological Education Hotline-Home of the soul" as carrier, and searchthose questions of structuring the content systems、 establishing teacher teams, giving personalized service, etc. Its conclusion is as the following: In order to develop the network moral education for students, we must build the content system of the website according to characteristics and requires of students and made it become soul on web; We must develop abundant activity on web in order to attract the student’s attention on the healthy respects; We must establish and education a troop who should know network well, be good at the work of moral education, understand the psychology of students, present with all respect to students. We must provide personalized service in order to solve various questions for students seeking help. The research have revealed ordinary regularity of network moral education, formed tentatively pattern of network moral education for junior middle school students, and put forward the suggestion about developing the network moral education by the educational administrative department.更多还原
