初中数学新课程标准与原教学大纲的比较研究

【摘要】 随着信息时代的到来,社会普遍的需要人们具有善于学习和适应各种变化与挑战,解决各种陌生甚至复杂问题的能力。这一变化引起了人们对我国基础教育长期以来重于应试的状况的思考,我们的教育应该怎样来适应时代的要求呢?新一轮的基础教育改革正是对传统教育理念和教育方式的一次巨大变革,试图在新的教育理念下全面推进素质教育。本文以初中数学教育为切入点,将《九年义务教育全日制初级中学数学教学大纲(试用修订版)》与《全日制义务教育数学课程标准(实验稿)》初中阶段的内容作一个较全面深入的比较研究。从数学教育的基本理念、教学所要达到的目标、以及课程所包含的内容等方面来了解两者在文本内容上的不同,分析各自的特点,理解基础教育改革的出发点及其先进的教育理念。再根据相关的调查访谈、新课程的实施现状的分析,来探讨新课程在其实施和进一步推进过程中可能存在的问题,并且透过这些问题,更深层次地思考给新课程实施带来困难和阻碍的根源所在。
【Abstract】 With the coming of the information time, society needs people who is good at study, who can adjust to all kinds of challenges and changes, who has the ability of resolving many kinds of strange even complex problems. This induce people to think the state of our basic education all over again. How to fit the require of the time? The new basic education reform is a big innovation to traditional thought and method of education, which want to push fibre education all-around with the new educational thought. This paper compare the <Mathematical instructional program of primary middle-school of 9-years compulsory education >and <Mathematical curriculum criterion> largely and deeply. Thus we can know the difference between them from the basic thought of mathematical education, the goal of mathematical pedagogy and the content of mathematical curriculum. Then we can understand the starting of the basic education reform and its advanced thought. According to the relative research and the analysis of the condition, we can analyse the problem that might exist in the execution of new curriculum. From this problems, we can think the source which bring the difficulties deeply.
