多缸内燃机机体结构动力学及缸套穴蚀问题的研究

【摘要】 缸套—活塞系统是内燃机的核心构成,缸套穴蚀是内燃机缸套的主要失效形式之一。解决缸套穴蚀问题对提高缸套的使用寿命,保证内燃机经济、可靠地工作具有重要的意义。缸套穴蚀主要是由机体的高频振动和冷却水的高压冲击而引起。本文首先介绍了缸套穴蚀产生的部位、特征及其影响因素,从力学角度分析了缸套穴蚀产生的机理,并且提出了许多预防措施。然后应用ANSYS软件建立了4105型柴油机机体、冷却水和缸套的实体模型,并进行了模型简化,划分网格后生成了机体有限元模型。整个模型的建立采用的是参数化建模,为优化分析做好了准备。 活塞和缸套之间的油膜压力及摩擦力对活塞裙部的往复运动影响很大,以往的分析都忽略了这两个力。本文根据前人多缸内燃机缸套—活塞系统摩擦学与动力耦合问题的基本数学模型,引用了根据此模型编写的计算油膜压力和摩擦力的程序,并做了大量的改进,计算出的力作为载荷施加到有限元模型上。

【Abstract】 Cylinder-piston system is the heart of internal-combustion engine. Cylinder liner cavitation is one of main disabled form. So it is significant to resolve the cavitation problem which enhances the use life and guarantees economical and reliable function. Cavitation erosion is caused by high frequency vibration of engine body and high pressure impulse of coolant. In this dissertation, we firstly introduce the position and characteristics of cavitation. Then we elaborate the influencing factors of the cavitation and analyse the theory of cavitation. On this basis, many preventive measures are presented. Furthermore, According to drawing, the solid modal of body, cylinder and coolant of 4105 diesel engine is conducted using ANSYS software. And the model is simplified. The finite elementmodal is gained by partitioning gridding. The model is established by applyling APDL, which prepares for optimizing analysis.Oil film pressure and the friction force between piston and cylinder influence movement of piston skirt greatly. Formerly these two forces are ignored. On the basis of the mathematic model about the tribology and dynamic coupling of the multi-cylinder engine cylinder- piston system, we apply and improve the former program to compute the oil film pressure and the friction force. The improved program can be combined with ANSYS which realizes the dynamic coupling in essence.Dynamic analysis is executed after all loads are added on tim model. The stress and the deform cloud chart of the cylinder are obtained, which is close to the really cavitated one. On the other hand, the modal analysis is done to cylinder and body. And the week area is got, which also propose bases for the design of the body. This indicates that the analysis procedure is available which can be used to analyze the newly designed cylinder and propose strong bases for designing more reasonable cylinder.
