【摘要】 目的:对(牙合)架与口内情况的符合程度进行评价。方法:对10例口颌系统功能正常的受试对象的口内情况与(牙合)架上的模型情况进行对比分析,来对(牙合)架与口内情况的符合程度进行评价。结果:(牙合)架在模拟人体的下颌作各方向运动的过程中,在任意位置模型上的咬合接触点与人体的下颌在相同位置上口内咬合接触点总体上是相符合的,符合率在69%以上。结论:用(牙合)架来模拟人体下颌运动,或用(牙合)架制作修复体,检验义齿在各方向上有无咬合干扰,及作咬合分析来指导调(牙合)等方面都具有很高的真实性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Estimating if the articulator accords with the oral occlusion. Method: Compare the models on the articulator with the oral occlusion of 10 testees whose occlusion systems are normal to estimate the accordance of articulator and the oral cavity.Results: In the course of simulating the movement of mandibular in all the directions, the contact points on the models are collectively the same in amount and location as in the oral cavity, and the accordant rate arrives at 69% above.Conclusion: To simulate the movement of mandibular thearticulator has very good effect, and articulator can be widely used in occlusion adjusting, making artificial teeth, and other fields as a guidance in diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
