基于ARM平台的工序质量分析与控制系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 制造业在我国国民经济中占有重要的地位,其对经济总量、吸纳剩余劳动力、出口创汇等方面都有不可低估的贡献。随着我国入世产业保护期期满以及全球经济一体化的加快,制造业将面临着更多的挑战与发展机遇。当前国内众多的制造企业质量管理水平落后,影响大规模生产效率和效益的决定性因素,如专业化分工、科学的生产管理、标准化、自动化等,都有待于进一步完善。面对上述现状,越来越多的业界专家和企业家认识到,中国制造业企业要实现腾飞和赶超世界先进水平,就必须真正实现企业管理现代化;企业要想加入全球产业链之中,就必须按照国际统一的质量管理标准和方法进行质量管理。现代质量工程中,经常采用的质量控制方法基本上是基于数理统计原理的。而对加工制造企业来说,产品质量控制主要是实现对加工过程的控制,称为工序质量控制(Statistic Process Control),简称SPC。SPC 是企业实现质量目标的基本保证,目前我国众多制造企业基本上采取非在线、人工检测的工序质量控制方式,存在产品质量数字化水平低、质量数据的分析处理手段落后、效率低下等问题,已经远远不能满足现代质量工程对产品的要求。另外,随着计算机应用技术的飞速发展,使得SPC 所需要的对大量数据实时收集、计算和分析可以借助于计算机和软件技术轻松实现,SPC 已经成为企业质量管理必不可少的工具。而基于计算机网络的、集成的、在线检测的工序质量管理是企业质量管理的方向之一,也是当今企业信息化的重要内容,此问题的研究对于我国制造业的发展具有重要意义。论文针对以上分析,在我国SPC 理论的应用还没有普及的情况下,综述了SPC理论及其具体的实施流程和方法。针对当前企业信息化的潮流和众多制造企业传统、落后的质量检测手段和企业的实际需求情况,利用现阶段较为先进的计算机和网络技术,研究了一种基于计算机网络的工序质量管理系统的体系结构、组成和功能,提出了一种能够提高企业质量管理水平、便于企业实施和操作的SPC 网络系统,研究了网络系统的结构模型,并给出一个企业应用的具体实例。研究和开发了集产品质量特征数字化和分析处理于一体的SPC 仪单元和数字采集部分等关键技术,并在详细阐述嵌入式技术的基础上,研究了基于ARM 嵌入式硬件平台在SPC 单元系统中的应用。
【Abstract】 Manufacturing plays an important role in our country’s economy, and it has an enormous contribution to GDP, absorption of surplus labor, export and earns income. With the expiring of the protection for industries when entering the WTO and the expedition of the globalization, manufacturing industry will be confronted with more and more competitions and opportunities. Nowadays, quality control level of many manufacturing factories is low below the need. The crucial factors which influence the efficiency and benefits of the mass productions, such as specialization division, scientific management of the production, standardization and automatization, are need to be improved. In the face of these facts, more and more experts and enterprisers realized that modernization of enterprise management is the key point of the Chinese manufacturing industry to keep pace with the advanced enterprise; Quality control according to the international quality control standards and methods must be taken if the Chinese enterprise want to be a member of the global industry chain. In modern quality engineering, the widely used quality control method is based on the symbolic logic and statistics. While for manufacturing factories, production quality control mainly points to realize the control of the machining process, which is called process quality control or SPC (Statistic Process Control). SPC technology is the guarantee of the quality aim of the enterprise. Process quality control method of non-online and manual measure is the main method that most home manufacturing factories take, it remains to be low digital level, obsolete way of quality data procession and low efficiency, and it can not reach the demand of the quality engineering. In addition, with the development of the computer technology, real-time data collection, calculation and analysis of mass data that SPC needs can be made by the means of computers and software. SPC becomes to be an absolutely necessarily tool of the quality control of the enterprise. Online and integrated SPC technology based on computer network is both the future of the quality control of the enterprise and the important topic of enterprise informatization. The research is of great benefit to the development of home manufacturing industry. Based on aforementioned analysis, with the situation of SPC theory is not applied widely, this paper concerns to SPC theory and its implementary flow and method. Aimed to tide of enterprise informatization and the practical situation of the traditional obsolete quality measuring method, using the advanced computer technology and network technology, the structures, constitute and functions of the SPC management system based on computer network is introduced and a maneuverable SPC network system is proposed in order to improve quality control level of the enterprise. The structure model of the network system is analyzed in detail, and a practical use in the factory is provided. The pivotal technology of the SPC cell and data collection, which is integrated by production quality digitalization and analysis, is researched and developed. The application of the SPC cell based on ARM hardware platform is introduced according to the introduction of the embedded system technology.
