【摘要】 随着西部大开发战略的实施,西部广大落后地区的城市化问题显得越来越重要。它对解决西部经济结构二元化问题、促进工业化和扩大内需、实现产业结构的优化升级、推动社会进步和可持续发展、提高我国的国际竞争力等都有着非常重大的意义。本文在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,运用归纳演绎法、类比分析法、统计分析法和从理论到实践等方法对城市化的几个重要问题进行了分析。本文的主要研究内容和结果如下: 1. 本文通过分析西部地区城市化的基础条件如:地区经济状况、人口素质和密度、自然资源、交通通讯以及产业状况等,分析和评价目前西部地区城市化水平、城市空间分布、城市化与工业化的现状,得出西部地区城市化的障碍:(1)经济发展水平低下;(2)产业结构不合理;(3)城市化配套政策不够完善;(4)人口素质较低、人口分布不均匀;(5)城市空间分布不合理、城市基础设施建设落后等等。2. 本文借鉴已有的城市化道路理论,提出西部地区城市化的地区规划和发展模式规划。地区规划提出在现有城市的基础上充分发挥地区优势,发展几个城市群(带):成都—重庆—贵阳—昆明城市群,西宁—兰州—西安城市群(河西走廊经济带),呼和浩特—包头—银川城市带,库尔勒—乌鲁木齐—吐鲁番—石河子城市群等;发展模式规划提出实事求是,因地制宜,具体问题具体分析。3. 本文利用区位商原理分析得出西部地区城市优势产业选择应当从以下几个行业着手:(1)高能耗产业;(2)矿产加工业;(3)农产品加工业;(4)特色旅游业。4. 城市化进程中协调好各方面的关系也是相当重要的,本文提出应从以下五个方面做好综合协调工作:空间上协调;产业结构上协调;城市化与政府和市场的关系;城市的可持续发展;城市化与对外开放。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the implement of the stratag of “the Great Development of the Western Region”, the urbanization of the vast poor western China becomes more and more important. Urbanization has great significance of settling dual economy structure, accelerating industrialization and extending internal demand, optimizing and updating industry structure, promoting society progress, realizing sustainable development, improving the ability to compete of our country. Based on referring exist study, the writer made an analysis on several important issues of urbanization, adopting the research methods of induction and deduction, analogy analysis, statistic analysis and from theory to practice, the followings are the main points of the thesis: 1) Through analyzing the fundamental conditions of west urbanization of China such as : region economy condition, population makings and density, nature resourse, traffic and communication conditions and industry status etc, analyzing and evaluating the west urbanization level at present, cities distribution, states of urbanization and industrialization, the writer make a conclution of the drawbacks of west urbanization: (1) poor region economy; (2) unreasonable industry structure; (3) disharmonious policies of urbanization; (4) low population makings and density; (5) unreasonable cities distribution and backward communal-ties. 2) By referring existent theories of urbanization the writer put forward region layout of west China urbanization and development mode. Region layout of urbanization is about bringing into play region advantages on the basis of existent cities, and developing several metropolis groups: metropolis groups of ChengDu—ChongQing—GuiYang—KunMing, XiNing—NanZhou—XiAn, HuHeHaoTe—BaoTou—YinChuan and KuErLe—WuLuMuQi—TuLuFan—ShiHeZi etc; Development mode indicates that urbanization should be practical and realitistic, adjust measures to local conditions, concretely analyze material matters. 3) Location Quotiant theory is being used to make a conclution that advantage industries of Chinese west cities should be choisen from: (1) the high energy consumed industries; (2) the mineral product machining industries; (3) the farm produce industries; (4) the tourist industries. 4) It is important to harmonize the relationship amang various aspects during the western urbanization.
