【摘要】 目的:观察中药忘忧汤治疗抑郁症的临床疗效,探讨尿中5-HIAA(5-HT代谢产物)与抑郁症的关系。 方法:通过随机对照试验,共纳入治疗组(忘忧汤)32例,对照组(百优解)31例,于用药前及用药后1月分别采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、用Asberg副反应最表评定药物疗效、测定尿中5-HIAA浓度。 结果:忘忧汤对抑郁症治疗有效,有效率为68.75%,与百优解(77.42%)相当(P>0.05);忘忧汤与百优解治疗后HAMD分数明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组Asberg副反应量表评分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组内治疗前后尿中5-HIAA浓度变化差异显著(P<0.01)。两组间治疗前后尿中5-HIAA浓度变化差异不显著(P>0.05)。 结论:忘忧汤治疗抑郁症疗效与百优解基本相同,副作用少。本研究证明忘忧汤通过提高5-HIAA浓度(5-HT代谢产物)来治疗抑郁症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To investigate the clinical efficacy, adverse reaction and safety of WangyouDecocton in treating depression.Methods : The randomized controlled trial was conducted in 32 patients in the treated groupand 31 patients in the control group treated with fluoxetine.The efficacy of treatment wasevaluated before treatment and one month after treatment, with Hamilton depression ratingscale (HAMD), the adverse reaction was assessed by Asberg Rating Scale(ARS ).The5-HIAA’s level in urine of these patients was measured before treatment and one monthafter treatment.Results : Wangyou Decocton was effective in treating depression, the markedly effectiverate being 68 .75%, corresponded to that of fluoxetine (77 .42%, P>0 .05).After treatment,the scores assessed by HAMD was lower than those before treatment(P<0 .05)respectively,but comparison between the two groups showed insignificant difference(P>0.05). Scores ofARS between the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05). The 5-HIAA level inurine of patients of the Wangyou Decoction group was significantly different before andafter treatment (P<0 .01) . Either was the Baiyoujie’s group.But there wasn’t anydifference between them on the 5-HIAA level in urine of patients before and aftertreatment (P>0.05).Conclusion : Wangyou Decocton in treating depression shows the efficacy correspondedto that of fluoxetine . And Wangyou Decocton has less adverse reaction than that offluoxetine. This study prove that Wangyou Decocton treats depression byimproving the 5-HIAA’s level in urine of the patients.更多还原
