【摘要】 世界经济发展的历史清楚的表明,经济的高速增长总是与产业结构的适时调整相伴而生,产业结构转换能力的强弱决定了一国的经济发展程度和地位。从工业化初期到中期,我国经济的增长方式是粗放型的,集中体现在三次产业发展不平衡。我国要实现全面建设小康社会末期基本完成工业化的要求,必须走以集约化增长方式为主新兴工业化道路,这种经济发展思路在三次产业结构转换集中体现,就是三次产业平衡发展,因此对三次产业结构的调整和优化具有重要意义。 本文主要从两个方面我国三次产业结构的进行研究:1.运用投入产出法和成分数据预测模型揭示了我国三次产业演进的现状和未来发展趋势,在深入研究国外三次产业结构演进的历史轨迹和我国具体国情基础上,提出了三次产业合理演进的优化目标。2.根据三次产业结构优化的目标,本文通过对现阶段我国各个产业演进所面临的主要问题和原因的分析,提出了各个产业优化目标及其措施。 本文的研究对我国三次产业结构的调整和优化,促进三次产业平衡发展具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The history of economic development has clearly showed that economic high growth has always coincided with the adjustment in good time of the industrial structure, and the ability of the industrial structure changing has determined the economic development degree and status of one country. From the industrialization initial stage to the industrialization middle period, the growth way of our country economy was extensive, a concentrated reflection of which was the unbalance development of three times industries. Our country should basically realize the industrialization in the period of well-off society in an all-round way, which must take and rely mainly on the intensifying growth way in the new developing industrialized road. Such a concentrated reflection of the way of economic is the balance development of the three times industrial structure. Thus, the analysis of the three times is of key importance.Carrying the research of three times industrial structure of our country mainly from two respects in this text: 1.Useing the input-output method and the composition data predictable models shows the current situations and the future development trends of the three times industry of our country. On the foundation of further investigating the gradual historical orbit of the foreign three times industrial structure and the concrete national conditions of our country, have put forward the optimization goal of the rational gradual progress of the three times industry. 2. According to The goal optimized of the three times industrial structure, this thesis makes an analysis of the subject matter and reason faced each industry in the gradual progress in the present stage and provides the optimize goal and the policy measures of each industry.The research of this thesis has the certain reference value about the adjustment and optimization the three times industrial structure of our country.更多还原
