B/S结构下三维协同设计框架的研究

【摘要】 随着网络技术和计算机技术的不断发展,设计活动日益向国际化方向发展。企业的合作伙伴甚至同一企业的各个部门往往在不同的地域上进行同一产品的设计,这给设计人员间的交流造成了障碍。而三维模型又是设计人员之间交流的一个重要载体,因此基于WEB三维形体的协同设计模式于是得到了迅速的发展并逐渐应用于产品的设计中。该模式的采用可以大大提高设计质量、缩短设计周期、降低设计成本,使产品能够满足日趋复杂的市场需求。 本论文对基于B/S结构的协同设计技术进行了探索。首先介绍了协同设计的意义、国内外研究现状和选题依据,随后研究了实现该系统所需的软件实现技术,并在此基础上提出了基于B/S结构的协同设计系统的基本体系结构。 本论文的主要研究内容如下: 1)研究并介绍了网络化协同设计系统的体系结构及功能需求,提出了基于B/S(Brower/Server)结构的远程协同设计系统的系统原型。 2)研究了JavaApplet和Java 3D技术,在此基础上提出了Web环境下在客户端的三维几何模型的显示和操作的软件实现手段。 3)研究了网络通信技术,利用Socket与TCP/IP协议来传输数据,使得多用户协同设计时的消息数据实现可靠、实时传递。 4)研究了XML技术,采用XML表示设计过程中的图形设计信息,以及交互过程中的通信信息。 5)研究了实现网络化协同设计系统所需的其它关键技术,并阐述了在本论文所提出的系统架构中的具体应用。
【Abstract】 With the continual development of the Internet technology and computer technology, design activity is moving towards international development increasingly. Since a company’s partners and even its departments are often design the same product at different area, this makes it difficult for designers to share information each other. The 3D model is the most important media for communication between the designers, so 3D model of web-based collaborative design (NCD) develops rapidly and is gradually applied to the area of product design. The application of this mode can improve the duality of products, shorten design periods and reduce design cost to make the products better meet increasingly complex demand of the market.This thesis explores the technology about collaborative design of the B/S-based structure. First, we introduce the sense of collaborative design, current research status of domestic and overseas, and the warranty of the selection of this theme. And then we research the technology of software realization. Above all, on the basis of the research I present the basic system structure of collaborative design system based on the B/S (Brower/Server) structure.The main research contents are briefly summarized as followed:1) The architecture and the requirements of functions of network-based collaborative design system are researched and introduced. Then a prototype of remote collaborative design system of B/S-based structure is raised.2) The technologies of Java Applet and Java 3D are researched. Then on this base the realizing methods of using software which is about the display andoperation of the 3D model in client under the web environment are raised.3 ) Data communication on network is researched. The method about the data communication with socket and TCP/IP protocol is proposed. Reliability and real time of the transmitting messages is ensured.4) The technology of XML is researched. Then using XML presents the information in the process of collaborative design and encapsulates the messages in process of communication.5 ) Other crucial technologies about the network-based collaborative design system are researched. Then the applications of above technologies in the system architecture of this thesis are expounded.
