小模数齿轮的CAPP系统研究

【摘要】 计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)在现代制造业中,具有重要的理论意义和广泛的实际需求。工艺设计主要是分析和处理加工信息,在此基础上编制工艺文件等。计算机能有效管理大量的数据,进行准确、快速的计算,进行多种形式的比较、筛选和选择,这些功能完全适应工艺设计的需要。工艺设计是产品制造中关键的技术准备工作,也是产品设计和产品制造的桥梁。CAPP 系统的使用不仅可以极大地提高工艺文件的设计效率和质量,而且能够保证工艺设计的规范化、一致性和资源共享。同时CAPP 也是连接CAD 和CAM、实现CAD/CAM 真正集成的关键环节,是计算机集成制造系统的重要技术基础之一。但目前国内CAPP 的发展和应用远远滞后于CAD 和CAM,因此,研究和应用CAPP 技术具有重要的意义。论文针对企业的实际情况,介绍了小模数齿轮CAPP 的研究。论文由浅入深地介绍了CAPP 的原理、分类、开发模式及开发原则,着重阐述了系统的一些主要问题和相关技术,包括采用特征编码技术进行零件信息特征描述,工艺数据库的规划与设计,运用面向对象的工艺自动决策方法实现,自动生成与输出工艺文件。主要研究内容包括:构造本系统的总统框架;以一小模数轴齿轮为例,研究零件信息特征的描述方法及信息输入方式,建立小模数齿轮的信息模型;研究工艺数据库的构建与设计;研究工艺决策的原理及实现方法;研究工艺文件生成及输出方法。本系统是完全基于数据库的CAPP。该系统的数据库均采用开放式结构,具有二次开发功能,用户在使用过程中对系统不断完善,系统在运行中不断“学习”,使系统在具有通用性功能的基础上,不断充实完善、增强适应性的功能,逐渐发展成为通用性、适应性兼具的、实用方便的“用户”系统。本CAPP 系统具有较好的柔性,它能够满足企业不同类型产品和生产计划的需要。系统信息模型的建立是基于特征编码技术,以零件信息模型为依据,系统地输入零件各类信息,最后生成与工艺数据库相匹配的信息模型。

【Abstract】 In modern manufacturing, Aided Process Planning(CAPP) holds important theory meaning extensive practice demand. Technics design is to alalyse and mange machining information, based on these facts, compiling technics documents etc. Computer can manage plenty of data, can calculate correctly and fast, can perform all kinds of contrast and filter and selection, these function meet the need of technics design completely. Technics design is the key technic preparative of the manufacture of the product, it is the bridge of product design and product manufacture. CAPP system can not only improve the design efficiency of technics documents, but also can ensure technics design`s standardization consistency and resource share. And at the same time, CAPP is the key link of CAD, CAM and its integrate and one of the technical bases of CIMS. But now, inland CAPP drop behind CAD and CAM greatly, studies and applications on CAPP are obviously important. This thesis introduced the principle of CAPP and the classification of CAPP and the expoiture principle of CAPP step by step. Then, it illustrates some important problems and technologies, including the feature describing and modeling of part information, the layout and designing of process database, the object-oriented process decision, the automatic creating and outing of process document. The research mainly include the establish of the general structure of the CAPP system. Take the small modulus gear as an example, we should analyze the expression of its information feature and the information input method, setup the information module firtly, the layout and designing of process database, then study the process strategy principle and its realization, finally decide the form of the process document and output method. This system is CAPP which based on database entirely. With the opening structure, the databases are of the function of second development, which makes the system can be continuously improved during application by the user. The “self-studying”of the system in operation makes it continuously self-perfecting and more adaptive, then become a user`s system with the property of community, adaptive and easy use. This CAPP system is flexible, it can meet the need of different kind product plan in a corporation. The establishment of the information model starts from the design of the interface of information input. Based on the feature type of the parts information, all of the part information is input systematically and finally the information model matched the process database is created. The expression of the small modulus gear information feature is solved by means of the feature code technology which is the combination of the GT and feature technology. The synthetic strategy of the small gear process is realized by means of the combination of variant and generative process strategy. In the synthetic process strategy, CAPP system is of the advantage of high efficiency of derive methed and adaptive 0f generative method which makes the efficiency and the practicabilityof process strategy improved. The system creates process document automatically through cheching and using the data document, together with the interacting check function which makes the document creation fast and flexible.
