【摘要】 住院病人营养膳食管理是医院管理工作中重要的组成部分,营养膳食管理系统也是整个医院信息系统的一个子系统。本文介绍了一个医院营养膳食管理系统的设计和实现。本文首先简要介绍了设计和开发系统过程中所使用的相关技术、方法和工具;然后结合对HIS 组成的分析,描述了系统需求;在此基础上,提出了设计目标,划分了功能模块,说明了各功能模块的功能;接着详细介绍了各模块的设计与实现;最后重点介绍了系统所特有的配伍禁忌检查功能的实现方法。本文介绍的营养膳食管理系统已经作为苏州大学附属第一医院医院信息系统的一个子系统投入运行,对医院的信息化建设、提高营养膳食科的管理水平、改善病人的营养膳食起到了积极推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management for diet of nutrition for inpatients is one of the most important management works of hospital. That is, the management system for diet of nutrition in hospital is the subsystem of Hospital Information System (HIS). This text is an introduction of the design and implementation of management system for diet of nutrition in hospital. The text firstly is a simple introduction of relevant technologies, methods and instruments used when designing and developing this system; secondly is the description of the system requirements by combination with the analysis of HIS construction; based on above, pointing out the design target, plotting out the functional module, and explaining the function of each functional module; then is a detailed introduction of design and implementation of each module; lastly is, as a great emphasis, an introduction of the implementation method of incompatibility inspection, which is a peculiar function of this system. The management system for diet of nutrition introduced by this text has already been used by First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University as a subsystem of its HIS. This management system is an effective tool to improve the information construction in hospital, the management level for diet of nutrition in hospital and the diet of nutrition for inpatients.更多还原
