基于信息平台的智能交通指挥中心监控系统的研究和设计

【摘要】 智能运输系统(ITS)是当今信息技术领域的研究热点之一,地面交通管制是ITS 领域的一个子课题,其核心研究内容为如何构造高效率的信息系统来提高地面交通管制的效率。指挥中心监控系统是地面交通管制系统的神经中枢,几乎所有与交通管制相关的实时或准实时信息都会通过各种信道传输到指挥中心,并且与指挥中心进行信息交互的应用子系统种类较多,信息量也很大。各类前端系统会将各种类型的实时数据传送到指挥中心,例如,各道路的堵塞程度、各道口的车辆平均行驶速度、各违章车辆的各类违章记录、针对非法车辆的实时报警信息等。并且,前端系统的数量也是较大的。指挥中心监控系统必须及时的将这些数据进行处理、融合,并以最恰当的形式发送到各指挥人员的席位上。指挥中心监控系统在实时接收前端系统发回数据的同时,也会定期对前端系统进行可靠性检测,保证前端系统工作的有效性,并且,指挥人员或规划人员在变更了数据库中电子地图、交通规则等影响前端系统处理正确性的信息后,监控系统必须及时的将这些变更信息发送到各相关的前端系统,使之按照新的规则运转。如何使来源不同的管制信息能够以最快的速度进行整合,并及时、准确的发送到相关的管制席位或相关的前端系统成为一个必须解决的问题。本文提出了一种基于信息平台的解决方案,并给出了一种指挥中心信息流转的实验模型。在模拟实验中,该模型体现了较好的性能和相当程度的实用性。本文提出的指挥中心监控系统实验模型研究,将最初建立在一般企业信息管理基础上的企业信息平台思想运用于地面交通管制系统,为指挥中心监控系

【Abstract】 Intelligent Transfer System (ITS) is one hotspot of research in Information Technology. The Ground Traffic Controlling is one subset of ITS field. Its core content is how to construct information systems with high efficiency to improve the efficiency of the Traffic Controlling. The commanding center system is the core of the whole Ground Traffic Controlling system, and there are many kinds of application subsystems which maintain immense information exchanging with the commanding center. Kinds of application subsystems transfer kinds of real time data to the commanding center. These real time data include many kinds information. For example, the jam degrees of roads, the average speed of vehicles through one route, the deregulation records of vehicles, the alarm information for unlawful vehicles. Furthermore, the quantity of application subsystems is also very large. For commanding center, it must process and integrate these data, and transfer the correct data to relative controlling chair quickly. Besides receiving and processing the dada from application subsystems, the commanding center checks the status of these application subsystems periodically for ensure these remote devices are working reliably. And, if the managers of commanding center change some traffic rules or electronic maps in database, the commanding center must transfer and update these information to application subsystems quickly. How to integrate different information from different source quickly and transfer them to relative controlling chairs or application subsystems quickly and correctly is the key problem which needs research for constructing commanding center system. In this paper, we give one scheme based on information platform technology, and one model for information integration and transfer in commanding center. In simulation experiments, this model appears relatively high performance efficiency and practicability. In this paper,we mainly discuss the research about the experimental model for thecommanding center system.We import the core ideas about the enterprise information platform previously based on normal enterprise information management to our Ground Traffic Controlling system,and provide a new design idea for the architecture of the commanding system.Therefore,the system can enhance its effective more by applying these new technologies.
