电压频率独立控制的正弦逆变电源设计

【摘要】 随着工业和科学技术的发展,用户对电能质量的要求将越来越高,包括市电电网在内的所有原始电能的质量可能满足不了用户的要求,必须经过加工后才能使用。同时,大量的设备要求不同电压和频率的交流电能,这就有必要利用正弦波逆变器技术把不能满足负载要求的原始电能转化为质量较高的电能。本文根据实际需要,制作了一台数字式控制的单相正弦波逆变电源。 在本文中,首先对逆变系统基本结构和控制策略作了详细的介绍,并对双极性SPWM控制方式和单极性SPWM控制方式作了比较。经过比较,选用了实际滤波效果较好的单极性SPWM控制策略。接着,根据逆变电源的技术要求,提出了硬件电路中各部分(尤其是控制电路部分)的设计方案,以及软件设计中主程序和各子程序的运行框图。并且对采用的主控芯片(即美国Cygnal公司的单片机C8051F040)作了详细的介绍。 最后,按照设计的具体方案,在完成了软件编程调试后,制作了一台样机,并利用样机进行了实验,得到了较理想的输出波形。根据得到的实验结果做了详细的分析和总结,同时也指出了从实验输出波形中体现出的设计方案的不足之处,并提出了改进方案。 实验证明,设计方案合理、可行。与传统电源相比,数字电源具有输出精度高、稳定可靠、可实现远程控制、便于智能化管理等优点,同时简化了硬件电路的设计。

【Abstract】 With the development of science and technology, the requirement of customer to the power quantity will be more and more higher. The quantity of original electric power including the city electric net may can’t satisfy the requirement of the customer, therefore it must be processed. In order to provide the power supply for a great deal of equipments which request different voltages and frequencies of the power supply, the sine-wave inverter technique improve the quantity of original electric power. According to effective requirement, a single-phase inverter power supply controlled by MCU is designed.In the paper, firstly, the basic structure and the control strategy of the inverter system have been introduced, and the bipolar SPWM control strategy and the unipolar SPWM control strategy have been compared. After compared, the unipolar SPWM control strategy is selected. Secondly, according to the technique request of the inverter power supply, the paper put forward the project of the hardware electric circuit and the control electric circuit that is exceptionally introduced, and the frame diagram of the main procedure and each sub-procedure in the software design. The inverter is controlled by C8051F040 that is made by Cygnal. The MCU have been exceptionally introduced.At last, according to the design, a single-phase inverter power supply is made after completed the software debug. The experiment is carried out, which obtains perfect result. After comparing advantages with disadvantages of the result of the experiment, the paper put forward the improvement project.The experiments prove that the project is reasonable. Compared with the traditional power supply, the digital power supply has many advantages, such as more accuracy, reliable, remote control, intelligence manage etc., and simplified the design of the hardware electric circuit.
