机电一体化技术在高精度称重系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的发展和社会的进步,计算数学、工程力学、机械动力学、电子信息技术及计算机技术都得到飞速发展,极大地丰富和发展了传统设计技术的内容,改变了固有的模式和方法,特别是设计观念的更新,从面向制造的设计转变为面向用户的设计。作为有代表意义的机电一体化技术,是以电子控制为主导,用微机取代常规的控制系统,计算机参与辅助设计,大幅度简化机械结构,功能增多且可靠性提高,操作简便,提高生产效益。机电一体化技术正在越来越多的学科当中得到广泛应用与发展。现代计算机技术与机械设计理论的不断发展以及高度融合,使我国称重技术的水平也不断提高。新的称重创新设计理念,使产品更具有创新性和适用性,用机电一体化的观点设计新的称重系统成为必然趋势。 本文针对某公司钞纸生产的需求,以机电一体化技术为核心,开发了卷筒纸称重系统,并完成了机械系统的相应改造工作,使系统具有结构新颖、简约自然、适用性强等特点。该系统完成硬件、软件和机械装置的设计的同时,实现了机械设计、传感技术、微处理器技术、网络与通讯技术、信号处理技术和自动控制与检测技术的集成。 在整体脉络上,文章从德国进口系统的失败原因分析着手,吸精去糟,首先引出系统的可行方案,然后再进一步论述完善和创新设计。围绕系统精度的提高,文中主要论述了机械结构设计、振动控制、传
【Abstract】 Along with the development of science and technology and the progession of society, many disciplines boom, such as calculation mathematics, engineering mechanics, mechanical dynamics, telecommunication technology, computer technology and so on, which enrich the traditional content of design and change old modes and ways into novel conceptions, especially facing from manufactory to custom. Computer takes part in design, and structure is simplified in great degree, and more and more facilities are available. It becomes simple to operate, which promotes the produce. Mechatronical technology, as one of the typical examples, is being developed and used in more and more disciplines. The technology of automatic weighing system is promoted by modern computer technology and machinery design. The new design idea is discussed, which give novelty and practicability to products. Using of mechanotronics technology in the design of the automatic weighing system of winding paper would be an inevitable trend.Aiming at the requirement of a making-note corporation and basing on the design of machinery and electrical technology, the automatic weighing system of winding paper is developed and its structure is innovated. It characterizes by delicateness, simplification, and application. It is integrated with the mechanical design, the technology of sensor, the signal handling, automatic control, microprocessor networkand communication technology.Overall, beginning with the analysis of the failure system of Germany, a way available is put out after absorbing the former benefits. Step by step, every part is designed and completed. For the main purpose of improving the systematic precision, the paper deals with the option of weighty sensor, amplifier and conditioner of signal, A/D’s transducer, telecommunication technology, vibration control, and structure design. Especially, the anti-jamming and innovation design are illuminated.Moreover, the high-accuracy automatic weighing system is one of the key steps of the process control, quality control and cost control in the course of the bank-note manufacture. At the same time, it is the important technological means that realize production process automation, business administration scientific process, security producing and saving energy and reducing the cost steadily. The high-accuracy automatic weighing system being applied to the production progress can both improve bank-notes quality and output and greatly lighten workers’ labor intensity and improvd production efficiency. Because it is a good example of application, it should be more practicable and popular.
