军工企业物流信息管理及产品状态监控远程操作平台

【摘要】 近年来,随着现代信息技术和现代管理技术的发展,计算机网络已经成为企业处理业务、连接内部部门及与外界交流的重要基础设施,极大地提高了企业信息共享与信息交换的能力。但目前我国的许多军工企业还在大量沿用电话、电报、传真等传统的方式进行产品信息交互,这种模式处理信息速度慢,及时性差,准确性低。落后的物流管理和产品状态监控模式已经成为制约军工企业发展的瓶颈。实现军工企业物流信息化已成为实现我国“以信息化带动工业化”战略目标的迫切需要。 本文在对企业物流信息化发展状况做了深入调查研究的基础上,针对军工企业内部结构和特殊的客户对象,提出了军工企业物流信息管理及产品状态监控远程操作平台的结构框架。基于此结构框架的操作平台具有使多个客户分级监控某一军工项目下的多个军工企业和在企业内部实现物流信息管理的功能。它是常规意义上的物流管理和产品状态监控在远程网络上的延伸。本文的具体研究内容如下: ① 在对企业物流理论研究的基础上,讨论了企业物流信息化发展的社会环境和现有的物流信息管理模式,并分析了某军工项目下各级客户与军工企业物流逻辑关系的结构模型。 ② 针对军工企业内部的业务流程和客户的管理监控模式,提出了企业物流信息管理及产品监控远程操作平台模型,并用IDEFO建模方法给出了其功能模型,绘制出了各级功能模型图。 ③ 介绍了操作平台的支持技术,包括Internet、Intranet、数据库应用体系结构、分布式多层构架等。选取了适合本操作平台的C/S、B/S混用的分布式多

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of information and management technology, the computer and network have become the important basic establishment for the enterprises to connect inner departments and outside, which improved their ability to share the information inside and exchange it outside. But, many military enterprises in our country still use the traditional mode to share information mainly, such as telephone, telegraph and fax. The old mode is hard to get information quickly, accurately and be in time. The behindhand mode of logistics management and products monitoring has come to be the encumbrance to slow down the development of the military enterprises. Realizing the military enterprises’ automation is the urgent demand to realize the strategic task of our country, which is to pull the industrialization by informatization.Aiming at the special structure and clients of the military enterprise, the thesis proposed the framework for the remote working platform of the military enterprise logistics information management and product monitoring based on the research on the enterprises’ logistics industrialization status. This working platform had the function to let the clients monitor many enterprises concerning about the same project and realized the enterprises’ logistics information management inside. It is the extension of the general mean of logistics management and product monitoring on the remote network. The main content of the research is as follows:1. Based on the theory of enterprise logistics, the thesis discussed the socialcircumstance of the enterprise logistics development status and the existing mode of logistics management system. Then, analyzed the structure model of the logic relation between the different kinds of the clients and enterprise.2. Based on the information flow frame and the client’s motoring mode, the thesis brought forward the framework of the remote working platform. The system function model was designed and described by the use of the application structure analysis (IDEFO).3. The thesis introduced and discussed the support technique of the working platform, including Internet, Intranet, database’s application architectural structure, and their correlative realization techniques.4. Based on the upper research, the thesis proposed the antetype working platform and introduced its overall design and detailed design. The application progress and the interface design were finished and the network security for this platform was discussed.In the working platform proposed in this thesis, the departments in the military enterprise can put in, query, and commute the information, which will retain the veracity of the information. The clients in the different ranks, who can query the products information anytime and anyplace, monitor the produce process based on the relevant authorities. Connecting logistics management and product monitoring with network technology and developing the research on the monitoring remote working platform have the important meaning to the enterprise informatization. The thesis proposed the reasonable system structure and established the foundation for the further research and use.
