对建国前后中共从革命向建设转变的历史考察

【摘要】 中国在二十世纪经历了两次从革命向建设的转变:第一次是建国前后新民主主义革命向新民主主义建设的转变,第二次是十一届三中全会前后社会主义革命向中国特色社会主义建设的转变。建国前后中国共产党对革命向建设转变的理论构想与实践的相互关照,为新中国描绘出一幅宏伟的发展蓝图,促成了整个新中国经济的发展和人民民主政权的巩固。由于各种因素的综合作用,从1952 年下半年开始中共改变原来战略构想,建设机制向革命机制逐渐滑轨,致使第一次转变又是不完全的,为后来实现第二次转变提供了丰富的经验教训。本文试图站在指导中国在新世纪发展的制高点上,运用叙述与评论、理论与实践、历史与现实相结合的研究方法,审视建国前后中共从革命向建设转变的历史,追寻建国前后与十一届三中全会前后两次革命向建设转变的历史性血缘关系,警戒后人:再也不能搞暴风骤雨式的革命了,必须一心一意建设中国特色社会主义,为实现中华民族的伟大复兴而努力奋斗。更多还原

【Abstract】 China experiences two changes of developments from revolution to construction in the 20th century. The first time is a change from the new democratic revolution to the new democratic construction around the foundation of the PRC. The second is from the socialist revolution to the Chinese characteristic socialist construction around the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee. The theoretical speculation and practice, of the change from revolution to construction around 1949, keep an eye on each other. This describes a grand blue print of the development for the PRC, and helps realize the national economic development and the consolidation of the people’s democratic political power in the new China. Because every kind of factor synthesizes, from the second year in 1952, CPC changes originally strategic speculation, and construction mechanism faces the transference to the revolution mechanism gradually. This causes the change for the first time is imperfect and provides the abundant experience and lessons for the realization of the change for the second time. From the angle of leading Chinese development in the new century, using scientific research methods,which combines together, recountment and comment, theory and practice, history and reality, the article examines the history from the revolution to the construction around 1949. This makes track for the historic blood relationship between the two changes and warns later generation: Don’t make the gigantic and rapidly expanding revolution any further. We should construct Chinese characteristic socialism heart and soul, struggle for the realization of the Chinese national revival.更多还原
