【副题名】另一种乡村社区建设路径

【摘要】 本研究所依据的韩家梁村和插旗山村的数据和资料全部来自于2004年至2005年期间,笔者所参与的由四川大学社会学系与香港社区伙伴(PCD)合作开展的西部农村社区建设项目的实地调查资料;另外,本研究所依据的四川省简阳和新都农村的数据和资料则来自本人于2002年的实地调查。 “三农”问题一直以来都是每一个研究中国问题的学者无法绕开的话题,因为中国问题是农民问题;而农民问题是中国问题。如何发展农业?建设农村?再造“新民”?这是我们所不得不面临的重大问题。 本研究认为,以经济为导向的乡村社区建设本身存在许多局限,我们应该寻找一条新的路径、新的视野——即是以文化为切入点,立足于乡村社区,以文化再造来实现乡村社区的全面发展。该篇主要是从纯主观的角度——文化的价值系统层面来论证文化对于乡村社区建设的重要性,即文化是一个社会中的价值观、态度、信念、取向以及人们普遍持有的见解。作为价值系统的文化在社会的经济、政治和社会生活领域的取向即形成了经济文化、政治文化和特定的社会生活方式。 通过从经济文化、政治文化和生活方式三个领域入手,笔者论证了文化对乡村社区发展的重要影响与作用,在此基础上,该篇对中国乡村社区的文化现状进行了总体分析,并对韩家梁村和插旗山村进行了个案分析。进而论证了,文化再造这一乡村社区建设路径的重要性和必要性。 本研究的目的在于提出一种乡村社区建设的路径,对于如何将这一路径发展为一种模式则需要继续的探讨。本研究初步认为,文化再造模式应该是一种更多还原

【Abstract】 The data and materials of Hanjialiang Village and Chaqishan Village, on which this research is based, comes from the field investigation of the Western Country Communities Construction Project, carried out by Sociology Department Sichuan University and Hong Kong PCD, in which I had participated from year 2004 to 2005; and the data and materials of Jianyang and Xindu county are all from the spot investigation by myself in 2002."CPA" (which means problems of Countryside, Peasants and Agriculture), is the object that none of the researchers studying China could avoid, because the problems of China is in fact of peasants, and vise versa. So how to develop agriculture, how to construct the countryside, and how to cultivate new peasants are the important problems we are facing.In this thesis, I believe, there are many limitations in the old styles of the economy oriented country communities construction, so we should seek a new approach with new vision, that is, we should start from culture, recreate the culture in countryside to realize the all-round development. The thesis argued the importance of culture to country communities construction from the value system, the subjective aspect, it suggest that culture is the value, attitude, belief, choices of the society and the understandings commonly held by the people.Taking the fields of economic culture, political culture and life style as examples, I argued the important impact and role of culture on the development of countrycommunities. Based on this point, the thesis generally analyzes the current situation of Chinese country community, and makes analysis of Hanjialiang Village and Chaqishan Village as case studies. By this analysis, I further proved the importance and necessity of culture recreation as the approach to country community construction.The aim of the study is to point out a new approach to country community construction, but to develop the approach as a model needs more study. The study suggests that the culture recreation model should be the combination of cultivating and recreation. Culture means the choice of value, belief and attitude, etc. and it becomes economic culture, political culture and life style when embodied in different social fields. The Recreation Model is the approach, measure and process to recreate the said factors of culture.The author thinks that culture recreation includes three aspects: economic culture recreation, political culture recreation and social life style reconstruction. The aim is to mold a new economic culture, which benefits the community economy development, a political culture that every one can participate, and a sustainable life style. To enlarge the education is the approach.Finally, we should also realize that the recreation of country community culture is a long hard process, which requires us to work together perversely.更多还原
