【副题名】以福州国家森林公园为例

【摘要】 森林旅游是依托森林景观资源发生的多种形式的旅游活动,它以其独有的资源优势满足了人们回归大自然、走向大森林的愿望。森林公园具备开发森林旅游得天独厚的优势,如何针对资源特色和优势,提出科学地保护与利用景观资源,把资源潜力发挥出来,森林公园亟待科学的景观规划理论指导开发与布局。然而,由于我国传统的森林公园景观规划设计大多是借鉴前苏联和欧美等国家的理论和方法,它们曾经促进我国森林公园的发展,但也存在一些弊端。时代的发展呼唤着新的理论和方法的出现。 本文借助景观生态学、森林美学、可持续发展、环境规划等理论的研究,提出了森林公园景观规划设计的三元论。采用场地分析与公众参与相结合的方法,在全面调查和分析福州国家森林公园现状的基础上,以福州国家森林为实例进行了景观规划的研究。 全文除引言和结语外,分为五部分: 第一部分是国内外景观规划设计的研究概况。这一部分主要介绍并尝试分析森林公园景观规划设计研究的意义,研究的历史发展及国内森林公园景观规划设计的研究现状和发展趋势。 第二部分是森林公园景观规划设计有关概念的概述。区分了不同学科领域中景观的概念,并概括了森林景观、森林景观资源的内涵及其特征;在阐述现代景观规划设计概念的基础上,解释了森林公园景观规划设计的特殊含义。 第三部分是森林公园景观规划设计的理论与方法的研究。作者借鉴前人在这一方面的理论,结合森林公园的资源特点,提出森林公园景观规划设计的三元论:森林公园景观规划内容的三元——森林生态·森林景观·森林旅游;森林公园景观开发强度的三元——保护·保全·开发;森林公园景观设计对象的三元——自然·人与自然·人:森林公园内的环境感受三元——空间·场所·领域:森林公园建设的时间维度三元——过去·现在·未来;景观设计操作方法的三元——场地分析·公众参与·规划与设计。 第四部分是福州国家森林公园的景观资源、客源市场和生态环境效益的调查分析。采用场地分析和公众参与的方法,对森林公园的风景资源、生态环境效益以及游客对景观规划的意见做了调查和研究,从而认清了福州国家森林公园的景观开发现状与现存问题。 第五部分是森林公园景观规划设计的实例分析。这一部分采用森林公园景观规划设计“三元论”,对福州国家森林公园进行了研究。结合规划目标,对景观规划的布局设计、绿化规划、森林旅游活动规划等进行了分析。在此基础上,提出森林公园建设的理想绿化模式以及森林公园的旅游项目规划,以此说明三元论在森林公园景观规划设计中的现实性与可行性,期望对森林公园景观规划提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a tourism activity derived from forest landscape resources, forest tourism meets the prevailing demand of returning to the nature and going to the forests. Forest park has a unique advantage of development in forest tourism. How to aim at the resource-characteristic and the superiority, bring forward scientific protection and usage of landscape resources, and exert the development potential, it is in need of scientific theory of landscape planning to guide the development and the layout. But the traditional theories and methods of landscape planning and design of forest park are using experience of U.S.S.R and America for reference, they had ever accelerated the development of forest park of our country, but there are also many disadvantages in them at the same time. Finding new ideas and methods are the trend of the times.By studying the theories of landscape ecology, forest aesthetics, sustainable development and environmental planning, the paper puts forward trilism of landscape planning and design of forest park. With combining site analysis and public participation, a comprehensive investigations and analysis is taken on the actuality of Fuzhou National Forest Park. On this basis, it takes Fuzhou National Forest Park as the example to study the landscape planning and design.Apart from the preface and conclusion, the paper is divided into five parts:Part Ⅰ is a research status of landscape planning and design in domestic and international. It deals with and tries to analyze the research significance, the historic development and the current situation and development tendency of the landscape planning and design of forest park at home and abroad.Part Ⅱ generalizes the concepts about landscape planning and design of forest park. By showing the difference among concepts of landscape in different subjects, it generalizes the meanings and characters of forest landscape and forest landscape resources; Based on expounding modern landscape planning and design, it explains the meaning of landscape planning and design of forest park.Part Ⅲ deals with the thoughts and methods of the landscape planning. Based on using the preceding theory for reference, and combining resource—characteristic of forest park, trilism of landscape planning and design of forest park is put forward. They are the trilism of the designcontents about forest park------forest ecology · forest landscape · forest tourism; the trilism ofexploitative intensity------protection ’conservation ’exploitation; the trilism of the design objects------nature · nature and human · human; the trilism of the environmental consciousness andaccepted degree of the masses in forest park------space · place · domain; the trilism of timedimensionality-------foretime · nowadays · aftertime; the trilism of the design methods------siteanalysis · public participation · planning and design.Part IV analyses the forest landscape resource ?, the tourist-resource marked the ecological and environmental benefits of Fuzhou National Forest Park. By adopting site analysis and public participation, it gives a practical study on landscape resource-, ecological and environmental benefits and the idea about landscape planning of Fuzhou National Forest Park, a clear knowledge of its present state and problems existing.Part V takes Fuzhou National Forest Park as the example to analyze landscape planning. It adopts trilism to study the landscape planning and design of Fuzhou National Forest Park. And then it analyses the layout % greening planning and forest tourism activity together with the constructive purpose. Finally, it brings forward the ideal afforestation modes and the forest tourism planning. The writer hope that this thesis can demonstrate it realizable and operational on the basis of this data base, and provide the scientific reference of landscape planning of forest park for the future.更多还原
